Jan 22,2024We used Shortland Horne for the sale of our late mothers house. Jon was realistic on the valuation of the house, clear on the market position, and extremely easy to trust. The team at the office did what they promised and when. In the closing details of the sale when the rubber hit the road, and for us, when the buyers solicitors asked for documents unrealistically, Sue stepped in to save the day. Would I recommend Shortland Horne? Yes if you want to leave the selling of your house to those who know the business.

In fact, they went beyond what I expected as I experienced some issues with my tenants who refused to leave the property and the Shortland team helped with relocating them. This was extremely helpful as I was out of the country at the time and could not have done anything without the assistance from Shortland.
