Jan 09,2024I dealt with Sue Costello from Walsgrave Road Branch from the beginning of my journey in selling my home, when she came to give me a valuation. She gave me a realistic market price and even though it was not as high as I wanted, I went with it, and within 3 weeks it was sold. Sue is a true professional and at any point when I was not clear as to what was happening with the Lawyer, Sue stepped in and got back to me straight away with an up date. I would recommend Shortland Horne at Walsgrave Road to anyone looking to sell their home. You will be treated to a professional, accurate and thorough experience.

They didn't disappoint, we found them to be completely professional, we were happily looked after by Claire Reeve who managed the process of us renting our property. We found her to be genuine, helpful and consistent in all communication making us fully aware throughout each stage. Any questions we had she responded quickly to the point of going above and beyond when we had an issue within our family regarding a long term rent our mother had been in before going in to care. Claire offered us impartial yet invaluable advice that enabled me to secure the return of our mother's deposit that was being unfairly held by another company. Given our previous bad experiences with other letting agents we can confidently confirm we are thoroughly happy and will recommend Shortland Horne to others. And if you can ask for Claire
