Jan 15,2023Tl;Dr: I do not trust or have faith in this agency. I would not recommend nor will I personally use their services again. Shocked at the 5-star reviews this agency has received on their Google listing because our experience has been dreadful. Here are some (not all) of the highlights of our experience with this agency: - We were given several move-in dates, which were repeatedly delayed, resulting in unnecessary accommodation and storage costs. - There were multiple times we were told certain things would be taken care of (e.g. a washing machine would be installed) before the move-in, which were not done. - We were told the property would be cleaned before we moved in, which was not the case. There were grease marks over the kitchen units, the hood had oil dripping from it, and the radiators were covered in dust. When we brought this up with the agency, it came to light that one of the staff was aware that the cleaner did not have access to hot water when they visited the property and the cleaner had informed them that they could not do their job satisfactorily. Perhaps an uncommon feeling for a private tenant, but I feel bad for the landlord - I hope our experience is a one-off and not representative of the general customer experience.

Oct 19,2022Was told that we would have our full deposit back if not accepted in renting a house. Spoke to someone called Claire today that told me I lied when I never and then said they was taking money out of my deposit to pay for their referencing. Be careful this company lies

Jan 08,2024Great experience from Aaron from start to finish. My parents have special needs and needed to sell their house and move into something smaller. He was so helpful and explained each step in a way they would understand. The whole process was communicated so my parents were aware of every step. This eased their minds during a stressful stage of moving house. So grateful for the kind hardworking staff that sold my parents house within a couple of days.
