Jun 27,2024****DO NOT USE**** This company are are a bunch of crooks & have the worst exit strategy i have ever known. If you are planning to cancel your contract expect to pay £1000s along with stinking attitudes from there customer services. If you are planning to use a company with these services shop around as there is a lot cheaper companies with 100 times better customer service.

Jun 19,2024The collection address was changed but the driver went to the original one and I was treated as if I was to blame even though I had emails to prove the new address and my contact admitted that they hadn't updated the driver's tracker. The second attempt at collection failed as there was bad traffic and my contact didn't try to rebook or even respond to my emails. The Customer Experience Team were unhelpful and mainly nameless, the only reason I am awarding one star is because Arran Howard is the only person who took any notice of me and managed to get a credit raised against the invoice which was charging me for the 'no show'. I did not expect such a stressful and unpleasant experience from such a large and well known organisation.

I really appreciated the ability to defer collection to a more convenient time from the notification emails.
