May 06,2024Picked up all paper for agreed fee. Since then they have tried to charge me over and above the agreed fee. I have complained about the overcharge on at least three occasions but still they send threatening letters demanding money. Do not use them they are useless at paperwork which is surprising as their business is paper recycling and disposal

May 02,2024The company I work for use Shred-it on a regular basis and I have now been set up on the online customer portal with the help of Deborah Blood, who was first class in guiding me through the process. Excellent service, especially for someone like myself who's IT skills aren't his strong point !!

Apr 26,2024The company were efficient at collecting the bags, that part of the service went smoothly. However I overpaid by mistake and trying to get a refund from them is proving to be very difficult!!!! I've rung the credit control department 6 times over the past 5 weeks and have been fobbed off every time with one excuse or another, feel like banging my head against a brick wall.....what a total shambles. I would recommend that you give this company a wide birth, there will be other shredding companies who provide a good service AND have good customer care. Very disappointing to say the least.

Apr 22,2024We scheduled the final pickup including the Shred It box and a final pick up. We were charged $135 and the didn't pick up the box. Several months later they came and picked up the box and left the boxes that were labeled and left for pickup. We have inquired about a refund or another visit to pick up what they missed and were told it would be $200+. Either they are scamming us or the whole operation is a CLOWN CAR.

Apr 12,2024Our shredding boxes filled up just before their monthly collection was due, so we needed to add a couple of bags. Andrew Cronin arranged this at very short notice; 16:30 the day before the early morning collection was due. Boxes were emptied and bags collected. Good service!
