Great service, prompt and accommodating with requests
Officiant and professional. Good communications.
The ordering process was handled in a helpful and professional way. All my questions were answered efficiently. Collection was on the right day and on time. The driver was polite and carried out his job in a very helpful way. The Certificate confirming that my documents had been destroyed was received the same day.
Great service from start to finish
Fast efficient service collection on time. Receipt via email on same day
We got a fast response to book a site visit. Everything was prepared for collection and the time spent on site was limited to a minimum amount.
We have been tearing our hair out trying to get the portal accounts set up and aligned. This has been going on for a couple of months. After one phone call with Deborah Blood all is pretty much resolved! How can one person fix what others are unable to? Thank you Deborah for your patience and understanding of our headache.
Friendly, efficient and patient (that's you Tim!!). Accommodated my sudden request for an earlier collection. All in all a great experience!
PURGE WAS CANCELLED AND NO ONE HAS COME BACK WITH ANOTHER DATE. i KEEP RINGING TO BOOK ONE AND NO LUCK
Very good and timely service. Would highly recommend .
i was able to email your staff (Esme Hasford-sharp) directly when arranging orders. In the past it was tedious having to call up and wait to be answered. But Esme offered me the email option so she is always ready to reply back to me with my order details
Charged for a missed collection even though advised our business was closed over Christmas. Customer services close the case after every mail we send and do not listen. In the process of trying to close our account which is even more frustrating and now they have turned up today for a collection even though notice given to them.
They were very helpful with my request Sent over the bags for me to fill Arranged a pick date Van collected items Job Done Simple & easy Would use them again
Everything went smoothly from the initial enquiry to thw collection. We were kept informed at all stages of the process.
Turned up at my office on 23rd April 2024, with no prior warning either by e mail or telephone. I have been e mailing Michael Brindley for over two weeks with no reply !! I have paid for a service I never received !! I have emailed him today confirming that if i do not get a reply within 24 hours I will be contacting both my solicitor and the ombudsman . I have an e mail from Sian to confirm that I should have been called confirming a date I have used Shred It for 10 years and always had a 5 star service Help !!! James Bain ( a very frustrated and angry accountant )
We use this company on a regular basis, but on this occasion we needed a collection of boxes and bags for secure destruction. The driver was very professional and friendly in his approach. I would highly recommend..
One of those companies you don't need till you do ! Safe document destruction is a must these days for companies. I used this company 5 years ago when I retired and then again recently when I needed to destroy the last of my files which needed retaining for insurance purposes. Quick friendly and safe. Keep the number handy as you will need it. 😉
What turned out to be complicated was so sorted by Deborah Blood. Excellent service from Deborah.
Their sales person assured me that after collection everything is tracked all the way to the point of its destruction and then a certificate is issued. This reassured me so I booked them. Turns out the driver issued a certificate of destruction at the point of the collection. Think about it. They provide a certificate to confirm that everything has been destroyed while it's sitting outside your premises in tact, inside their collection vehicle, before they've taken it to their depot and hours or even days before they actually destroy it all. And that's assuming they really did destroy it all and no-one looked through it, but I'll never know because there was no witness or certificate issued after it was destroyed. Either I was completely mis-sold or their process failed big-time. I called and emailed the sales person several times but didn't hear back. I then spoke to their customer service department and asked to speak to a manager and was told that "managers don't speak to customers." It's a shambolic and unprofessional service in my experience.
Mr Strand
Jun 03,2024They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. No complaints. I have not got the destruction certificate yet but I am confident it will come in due course
