Really helpful staff on the phone and at the site where we took bags of documents for shredding. Reassuring level of security at the site. Would absolutely use the service again.

I have had communication issues with Shreddit in the past but the current situation is MUCH improved and my contact, David Tukes, is a breath of fresh air compared to previous contacts. He is friendly and helpful but more importantly, always prompt at replying to my emails. I cannot rate him high enough.

Service is okay and staff friendly however it is the tying in to new three year rolling contracts without any communications from them when the previous contract is ending that means I cannot recommend them.

I found Shred-It via google along with some others, I entered my requirements and Shred-It contacted me right away, Katie explained the whole service, answered any questions I had, such a friendly helpful person,definitely as asset to the company. Within a day I had a booking email, then on the day of booking the van arrived on time and the driver Jamie was also very helpful with my stores assistant and the service was carried out swiftly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Truly a first class service from all staff. PS - I'm still waiting on a response from the others!
