Sep 19,2023The salesperson and we agreed a price, and when we received the invoice it was the double of the price. Customer Service is saying our boxes were large, and the price the salesperson gave us was for small boxes, which is not true, 90% of the boxes was small, they are charging 100% as large, since the beginning we believed all the boxes were small. We are trying to solve this issue but Shred it is very inefficient in helping customers. Such a bad and stressful experience !!

Sep 11,2023Good service but extremely deceiving, they have a clause that if you are not happy with the raise of your fee you can reject it. Well, guess what, you will receive your letter about the raise after the date of the raise. So the letter is dated the 30th of June with the raise in August but you will receive your letter in September so it's too late to reject it! This is absolutely shocking ! To say that I will be complaining to anyone who will listen it's an understatement

Sep 05,2023Very poor staff attitude from the member of staff who drove the van. We ordered a small box collection, he stated it had to be bagged and removed from folders. He was very argumentative saying he didn't know who the salesperson was, which was totally irrelevant. I had to print off my order and emails to the sales team. These confirmed the order and that is was okay to ship in boxes and folders. He continued to argue about his paperwork and the van being set up wrong but took away the documents. Not the customer service I'd expected.

Sep 04,2023We have only just taken out this service, I rang and arranged a large pickup in advance the driver arrived and wouldn't take our paper to shred !!! I rang & after speaking to 4 separate people he said someone would contact me, 3 days later collection 18th September in the meantime we are stuck with 20 plus bags not the best start or service.

Aug 29,2023First time of use. Process was a bit suspicious to start with but it improved once I had a confirmation email of my request. Took a long while for the stuff to be collected and it wasn't entirely clear of the date of collection but in the end it turned out to be okay.
