Ayodele Sholola, pulled out all the stops for us, to provide the service we needed. We are moving buildings, and needed an extra collection, it was looking like it wouldn't happen, but Ayodele managed to convince the operations team to help us.

Spoke to advisor Ayodele Sholola who was most helpful. Was missing recent receipts of records of recent destruction of records and he managed to deal with my request and send over the missing receipts. Many thanks for your immediate response.

I have an annual contract with this company for on site shredding. I would not recommend it. The initial sales pitch was great but then you get passed around various teams and I ended up with a contract with all sorts of hidden charges - fuel costs every time they visit and even charges for the bags for collection of the paper to go into the shredding unit. They have turned up unannounced; I have received a certificate of confidential shredding when no shredding actually took place. I do worry about the processes in place. Not a great service and the shredding bins are ugly/dirty and I had to go complain to get a key to open my own bins. I wont be renewing my contract.

Mr Walker (Bobby) the young man with whom I arranged my collection, had a smile in his voice. Also my Mastercard payment did not work and Bobby arranged my payment via direct bank transfer. Your personnel fully understand what giving a customer service is all all about. Bobby went beyond my expectations thank you.

Our company are intending to organise a mass shredding on site in the next month, the whole process between signing the agreement and confirming the purchase order has been very easy. I personally spoke to Manju on the phone who was very pleasant and helpful and we organised terms that suited both parties. Intend to use Shred It again when we have more documents to shred

I telephoned for a quote on Monday and accepted it. The secure confidential bags were couriered overnight and I received them with the time slot emailed to me on Tuesday. On Wednesday I was contacted to ask whether I would be ready for collection the next day on Thursday. This fitted perfectly with my plans. The service was excellent, timely and prompt.

The whole experience was a nightmare with an upfront payment request of over £600.00+ for just 20 15kg bags. the bags did not arrive and then after a second lot ere sent out the collection was never fulfilled. we had had enough and requested a full refund but an amount of over £440.00 was deducted for a service they did not provide. after a few calls Ayodele Sholola eventually sorted this matter out. He was very helpful but needless to say we have now chosen a different company who only charge £5.00 per 15kg bag for on-site shredding

Really efficient service for some confidential papers we needed to get rid of from home. We were given a two hour window on the day of collection, and the van arrived as expected. Friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommend.

Our company will NEVER use Shred-It again. We are currently stuck in a contract with them and they are the most difficult company to work with. Want to schedule an additional pick up? too bad! they will give you a reference number & send you over to their "operations team" which will call you back in 7-10 business days --even though that is not helpful what so ever if you have a two week pick-up schedule.... WHATS THE POINT. They outsource all their calls and they are wildly expensive. We also had the WORST possible service when trying to move where I was on the phone with them for over an hour trying to update our information and request a one time additional bin which they somehow messed up by a week. USELESS COMPANY. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. if I could give them a zero, I would

Exceptional service from Shred It and a special call out to PAUL KENT who went "above and beyond" to make my Shred It experience a positive one - accurate communication (phoned / emailed back when he said he would!); service geared to an SME (some organisations only want to deal with very large companies) and both professional and personable throughout. We missed the 3 month cancellation period on the 3 year auto renewal by 6 weeks and would just like to cancel this contract in the cheapest and most effective way as we have a very small office (since January 22) and do not require your services anymore. the fact that we have had to set up a new contract as this is cheaper than cancelling the old contract is ridiculous. I would have out in a complaint but couldn't see how to do it. we are happy to pay cancellation fee but 50% for a 3 year deal after being with you for 6 years is crazy. I've explained this to Brian who just states this is the contract. well I am not impressed at all and wouldn't recommend your company.
