Jun 09,2023Your customer service is awful!! Your contract lacks any flexibility except for when it suits your company and then you seem to think you can ignore your own terms and conditions as it benefits you. Hardly conducive to retaining customers.

With a no hard sell approach, they kindly explained that we could save money if we took up some of their additional products, as we had an increase on our account by 50% over the last 3 months. After some initial deliberation we agreed but they were patient and supportive throughout our integration lol!! Thanks ever so much Shred It, you have a happy and contended customer and we greatly appreciate your professionalism, it was so refreshing.

Nothing was to much and after I handed details over to my office manager she still kept me informed as to when changes on our account would happen. May 25,2023Customer care services are poor, not appreciated a long term business with the clients. Rude approach, lady called Rachel in Cambridge area was not responding for 6 month. Collection services are over priced. Agreements are 3 years, so not possible to leave Shred it easily.
