Jan 26,2021Have been trying to elicit a response since December 26th about a faulty earring from a pair that I purchased as a Christmas gift. Despite several emails and a Facebook message I have received no communication. Hugely disappointing!! Update: Replacement earrings have been received and are perfect!

Jan 21,2021Honestly I’m beyond disappointed. I ordered some rings from the sale on the 6th of January. They were dispatched quite quickly but I was then told it might take a while due to brexit ect delaying things - this I told them I do understand but what is incredibly frustrating is that I have emailed THREE times since then with various questions and have heard nothing. The last time I emailed I asked for a refund as to go this long without hearing back is troubling. I also haven’t had an update from where my parcel is since the 16th of Jan! I am worried as to where it is? Honestly I’m really upset as I do a lot of research into a company before making a purchase especially when it’s a larger sum of money than I usually spend and I feel really let down. I am hoping by posting this someone will reply and indeed help me but also learn that there customer service teams needs a stern word as this obviously isn’t just me with this problem.

Jan 21,2021Really poor customer service. I ordered two items at the beginning of January for a special 18th present, that has still not even been dispatched. I have contacted customer service on two occasions about this, one was responded with an automated reply and no response from the second enquiry. Very disappointing.

Jan 06,2021I absolutely love my beautiful earrings. They are so well made, with the stones set in clasps instead of just pasted in. The colours of the stones are very vibrant. One thing that disappointed me was how small they were, they only just fit around the lobe of my ear. I had thought they would be larger but I have made that mistake many times with different online purchases over the years. The packaging is very nice, and the parcel was sent out requiring a signature - so I was reassured by that. I would buy from Sif Jakobs again and certainly recommend them - but I would double check the size of the item.
