Jan 02,2021TERRIBLE COMPANY....DO NOT BUY!!! I ordered some earrings in November which didn’t arrive, when I chased my order I was told it was cancelled and that a refund had been issued!! Despite several unanswered emails I still haven’t received any money or goods. Very disappointed!!!

Dec 24,2020I ordered a multi-coloured ear cuff in the Black Friday sale online. They emailed me to tell me there was no stock and they would not be getting more and offered me a plain cuff (no longer offered). I accepted as I wanted for a Xmas gift. However, the item I ordered is still online and available. When I realised I asked to exchange and they have not responded after 6 days. Poor service

Dec 22,2020Emailed customer service to see when I could expect my order to arrive , no response. It arrived today, however it is completely wrong. Instead of a silver ring, I have been sent a gold necklace. I have contacted customer service again but I don’t expect a useful response. I guess the jewellery is nice but don’t order if it is intended as a present for someone as you will be disappointed
