Have purchased many products and items from Simply E-Liquid from over the years and the company have always come up trumps when it comes to delivery and product description. Used them for years on and off and have only ever had 2 minor issues with them. One was a slightly damaged package years ago, the other a temporary issue on their website when ordering recently. Both times I was looked after and received either free liquid or reward points as an apology, when I wasn't even expecting anything. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced and consistent in delivery times and quality of product. Highly recommended.

I was trying to place an order on their website and there seemed to be a problem as I could not add them to my basket, I rang them which by the way was a free phone number and told them my problem, the were very sorry and because I was having a problem they sent my e-juice out to me with free postage as their way of an apology, great company to deal with and as usual their e-juice was up to their usual standard, I certainly recommend this company .
