I have no form of tracking and it has not arrived yet I ordered it on the 24th November and it is now the 1st of December and Royal mail has even said they don't have it either

Nice little kit smaller than my previous one, like the airflow adjustable tank but not sure about the plastic slide top compared to my metal one (T18e pro) but we’ll see. Took a little longer to arrive than expected but so far impressed.

Original delivery was due during a postal strike, and items weren't received as the shipment was returned to the supplier. A few emails later, and the order is here. Perfect service - no complaints at all!
