Jan 07,2022Been using these guys for about 5 years for my regular monthly orders. In all that time I've only had 2 issues- one parcel that didn't arrive and one that was short. In both cases they resolved the issue straight away with no fuss or chuntering. As a result I continue to place my order every month, knowing that they have a long-term view of customer relations and that I'm in good hands. Would recommend to anyone.

Jul 18,2021During a purchase their website went down and after enquiring, customer service responded within an hour offering either a refund or extra juice with the purchase. Absolutely first class customer service and communications. Would highly recommend for all things vape related.

May 28,2020Decided to start back on the vape and remembered the only juice I gelled with was revengers range. Ordered 2 bottles and coils. Unfortunately they didnt have them (problem getting them in) was told to pick something else and they would ship out to me and for the inconvenience they would add a freebie. To be honest I expected a 10ml bottle of something that doesnt sell. Nope they went up and beyond 4 bottles of juices free of charge. Was too shocked to notice my coils weren't there till later on. Emailed them to explain my coil were in with the order and thanked them. New coils on the way. I cant rate them enough, when lock down is over and i'm Denton way I will be going into the shop. Thank you so much Simply Eliquid.

Apr 29,2020I've ordered from them for more than a month ago from The Netherlands, no package, no money refund, no one that contact us to tell us about the status of this order so to be honest it feels like I've been scammed. I've tried emails, WhatsApp, calling, Instagram messages..... No answer. I think the last option is reporting to TRADING STANDARDS! maybe they will be able to get a light on this case..... It feels disappointing specially when I'm trying to help a company by buying their merch in this hard times.....

Apr 07,2022This is how businesses should be run. I have used these guys for a few years now and the quality of their product is unquestionably the best out there. I order online and within 24 to 36 hours my parcel is with me. Had a problem ordering months ago and it was sorted immediately when I phoned them. If I could give you 10 stars I would.
