Feb 17,2025Same experience as most. News flash…if so many unhappy customers are feel scammed buy how the buying process works maybe you should consider changing it. I emailed twice immediately after the “extra” product was purchased by mistake and within minutes my product had shipped and I was told I could get a 50% refund or send it back. Very shady business.. Due to that I don’t even want to try the product now and will send both back for a full refund. Beyond that, after doing more research some of the ingredients are counterproductive since this is high in calories and the added sweeteners. Mistake to buy, bad experience and felt scammed. Avoid.

Feb 13,2025The website is sneaky with quickly adding products onto their “try before you buy” option, making it a one tap buy for their add ons. I was fooled for adding another product, which was my mistake. I called their customer service, who was prompt and polite, and they said they would generate a return label stating they could not cancel but I will be refunded as soon as I return the shipment. However, almost two weeks went by and I did not get an update or delivery. They were very fast at taking the money out of my account, though! I had to call and ask for a refund after they said they “never planned on sending the items” I had paid for. In summary - Requested to cancel minutes after making the purchase - they “could not cancel due to order being at fulfillment” but sent a return label for refund upon return. - Money taken out of my account for product I had paid for (but didn’t want) - no shipment, no delivery - had to call and ask for refund since product was never shipped Poor form. Why did I have to call? Why did they think this was okay?

Feb 13,2025They are promoting a product on Facebook that you can try for just the cost of shipping. However, what you don’t realize is that additional items are continuously added to your order without your knowledge. I agree with a review I saw, stating that they are tricking customers! I ended up being charged over $90 without even realizing it. I immediately called customer service to cancel my order, but they informed me that they couldn’t do that. There was nothing written on their Facebook page indicating that customers couldn't cancel their orders! They only offered to refund 50% of the total amount. I would receive the remaining 50% once they received the items back. This company is a joke! Additionally, be aware that once you make a purchase, you will automatically be enrolled in a subscription without your knowledge.

Feb 12,2025Same experience as many others despite the customer representative telling me no this doesn't happen often....I attempted to order the one free trial product and just pay shipping, I only clicked "continue" attempting to get to check out yet I end up at a reciept that I've been charged for 2 more 50 dollar items. I immediately call them yet they can't cancel it because it's already being processed within minutes?? But they can give me a 25% refund. BS.

Feb 12,2025I was charged 3 times for the same order when i tried to order the first time. And then a month later they tried to charge me 63 dollars for something i didnt even try to order. They need to make sure they are checking how many times they are charging cards. It got flagged for fraud twice.

Feb 09,2025The product taste horrible. They get you with the subscription. Customer service does not return calls, only communication is via email. They are very strict with the 30 day money back. Would not recommend at all. Very upset customer.

Feb 07,2025Horrible experience. Got charged instantly for other items I didn't want. Tried to call Iimmediately to cancel everything and was told sorry it's too late. We could give you 50%off or you can wait for a return label, but you are still paying for shipping. I didn't call "fast enough" but yet had to call 4 times because I kept getting hung up on. You could hear roosters in the background. So not professional! Nice man at cust svce, however the process is total crap.

Jan 31,2025Scam! Run! Do not buy! I was getting the free trial and different ads kept on popping up which I thought was the product I was buying so I clicked on it before I knew it I had 3 different transactions! Emailed the company immediately and they didn't respond until they had shipped product and then I had to return it and loose the shipping cost. Returned everything but the " free item" that wasn't free and now I was charged full price for the free item!!! Now I'm loosing shipping twice plus the $6 I paid for it to be shipped so I guess 4 times and I haven't received my refund for any of it yet! Customer service forbid to refund it and just kept saying I agreed to it by not canceling it sooner. It literally just went through the account seconds prior! Scam!

Jan 30,2025I didn't even get started with this company and their subscription before being overcharged by them. Tried to sign up for their free trial and went to pay for the shipping which showed the total to be processed would be $10 and change for 2 items, and my bank's fraud dept luckily reached out asking if I was trying to spend over $90 at this site. I spoke with my bank who said they tried to run that $90 payment several times and now my card is locked and I need a new one.

Jan 24,2025Crap doesn’t work. You do trial and they hit you with a $60 plus charge soon after you get it. Bank denies but you approve you wait for another month doesn’t come they say oh that was for the free trial. READ the fine print people. Taste not so great either. Bank will deny your claims because of their deceptive practices.

Jan 20,2025If I could rate this less than 1 star I would! When offering promotional items and going through the checkout process it does allow you the option to not click on these things so you are automatically charged through the process to get through the promotional items. Then when you call customer service all they offer you is a PARTIAL refund and allow u to keep the products. I didn't want the products at all but they told me they did not have the option to fully refund me my money.

Very frustrating and misleading. Thank goodness my CC company caught this so I could stop them from charging my card.
