The strawberry watermelon collagen has been delightful to incorporate into my morning routine. After 2 months of consistent use, noticed firmer skin and less noticeable cellulite on thighs. The taste makes it something to look forward to each day.

Be careful when ordering. I tried to order 1 bag, but when I pushed continue, other “deals” were added to my cart as well. Then it does not give you an option to view your cart, it just charges you immediately. I was shocked when it took me to an order confirmation page instead of order review like other websites. I was charged over $100 for things that I didn’t add to my cart. I was only trying to order the $5 trial pack. I emailed the company immediately when I saw that this order had been placed and got a response asking for the details. I provided the information requested right away. I’ve been asking to cancel and the only thing I heard back is that my order has shipped. I also noticed negative comments similar to mine being deleted. I’m still waiting to hear back.

Just like most here, I was only ordering one item and ended up getting charged waaaay more money than intended. I've since then realized that it's the way the website is set up. Although, I really don't believe Skinny Fit is in the scamming business, they're not trying to fix the issue either..therefore benefiting from it. Skinny Fit should revamp their ordering process to allow the customer to verify their basket prior to checking out, this would prevent a negative consumer experience and promote return customers. You may have a good product that works, but not acknowledging your customers properly and making it right, is not good business...AND FOR THAT REASON I'M OUT.

Where do I start. The way the website is set up. I was only trying to order super youth collagen and ended up with three extra things that I checked out with making my total outrageous. I was simply clicking continue to cart not add to cart. So then I turn around and email them that I want the order changed or canceled if not changed. The response was that the order had already shipped. It had only been three minutes since I placed the order then I asked for a return label because that’s the only way to do a return with skinny fit, and also to inform them that I did not get one of the products that I actually meant to buy, which was the two for one super youth collagen, I only got one of them. I have emailed now total of four times and not gotten any response whatsoever. I’ve called and left two voicemails after sitting on the phone for 20+ minutes each time, and also no response. Worst experience of my life. I will not order again.

So far HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I’ve been looking at Skinny Fit and a few other Collagen companies to try out. I decided to take advantage of the free trial and signed up for the subscription. I was charged the approximately $6 for shipping with the understanding that I was enrolling in a subscription and if I kept the product I would be billed the full amount. The trial is 21 days and I planned to try it out longer probably at least two months before deciding to keep the subscription or cancel. I planned on paying the full amount for the bag. I did read reviews from their website and Amazon before purchasing. I clicked the complete my order button I think twice. But here is where it is deceptive. After you have completed your order another product pops up on the screen but the complete my order button is still there so you think you need to press it again, at least I did. (And judging from others saying they were charged for items they did not purchase I wonder if this is their tactic.) So I pressed it again. I almost pressed it a third time before I caught on that I had already placed my order for the trial and subscription for the tropical punch and now I was ordering a strawberry watermelon flavor and paying full price for that up front. I noticed the mistake right away and emailed the company. I have emailed them every day for the last three days and they have not responded. Within hours my order was marked shipped. I tried to cancel and manage my order from their website and they claim my email and phone number don’t correspond to any order even though I used the same email and phone number when I ordered. You cannot create a log in so basically you are at their mercy. They claim you can return items in any condition but I would hate to see how that is going to turn out. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I will take it up with them. My next step is to call Skinnyfit but I like a paper trail so I started there. Following that I will file a claim with PayPal. My guess is they want you to “accidentally” purchase more than one item and then they mark it shipped right away so it cannot be canceled and then of course they ignore your attempts to cancel or contact them and also you cannot create an actual account or log on. Extremely shady! My items are already on the way according to the tracking. Likely I will keep both bags and try them out but cancel the subscription through PayPal. I am not impressed with their customer service or shady selling tactics. I will update after trying their products but their customer service is terrible!!! Skinnyfit, Take a clue from HUM or other subscription services that allow you to control what you receive and how often, pause or even cancel right in their website where the customer can create their on log on!

I ordered their collagen product. I paid for shipping and the product never arrived. The tracking said could not get address. I called customer service they said it would be resent the same thing happened. They never sent the product or give me my refund. SCAM

I can’t.. For all of you consumers that are complaining about the same thing, items being added to your cart without your consent or knowledge, keep scrolling as you’re putting your order in.. That’s right, to the very bottom of the page.. Click that little option that says no, continue with my order receipt, or something to that effect.. And do the same for the next page and then the next one after that.. Voila, problem solved. Work smarter, not harder. SkinnyFit isn’t trying to “scam you”. You’re welcome☺️ SkinnyFit, I ordered your collagen because at 38, I’m noticing some really sudden changes in my skin and want to try and get ahead of it before I need a full facelift haha (no, but seriously!). I also added the GLP-1 to the order to try and help with my metabolism because that thing has NEVER been right. Fingers crossed this is the answer to my prayers 🙏
