Jan 15,2025SkinnyFit’s customer service is absolutely outstanding! I had an issue with my shipping after mistakenly entering the wrong address, but they answered the phone immediately and resolved it without any hassle. On top of that, I’m loving my Skinny Greens—I've never felt more energized!

Jan 13,2025Definitely not pleased with the product or customer service. They overcharged me multiple times. Charged me for five products and only received three. Not willing to refund me back for the other two products. Customer service was trying to confuse me with certain wording. As a knowledgeable research law clerk in the state of New Jersey, the law states when not receive a product or service buy a company customer is it's entitled to a refund. When you don't receive a product you're supposed to be refunded by the company, in full including shipping and handling. They are responsible to refund me for the two products out of five with shipping fee. Definitely not a happy camper. I don't recommend this product at all. There are other products out there with better customer service.

Jan 09,2025Never thought I’d be into collagen this much but I have to say, this stuff really works. I am a skeptic at heart, but I decided to give it a try as I’m starting to get older. I am really trying to work on anti-aging and this was my first step. I enjoy drinking it everyday because it tastes really good. I think because I drink it consistently daily, that’s why I’m seeing results already. I would recommend to anyone trying it to be really consistent, that is the only thing that will work, you have to get on a routine and stick to it. I would give it at least three months but the longer the better, I am in this for the long haul! Overall my skin looks brighter, which makes it look younger, and I feel like my little lines are starting to dissolve. My hair and nails have never looked better and I just feel really healthy. I’m happy I found you, thank you Skinny Fit!

Jan 09,2025I feel good knowing I’m doing better for my body. This year I’ve made it a point to get healthier and the Skinny fit line has really helped me. Yes I do look better but most importantly I feel better. I have more energy, especially in the mornings where I was really strugglings, I’ve lost significant weight since I started using their products, and my skin doesn’t look so old and dull. I’m really happy this stuff actually works, it’s definitely worth the money for me.

Jan 09,2025Tried to order it and my cc company thought it was fraud, which should have told me something. Looked at my cc and they charged me twice for the same order. Hopefully my cc company will not let it go through especially after reading the reviews. I do not to and will never order from this company.

Very responsive at pretty much all hours (this is unheard of), and I feel confident when talking to them, they really know what they’re talking about and are able to provide a lot of info on the product so I feel 1000% confident in my purchase.

Dec 28,2024LOVE LOVE LOVE SkinnyFit! This is my favorite brand of collagen. First, because it tastes soooooo dang good, so it makes it easy for me to keep up with because I actually want to drink it everyday. Second, my skin is really starting to improve. I’ve had some little lines that I can actually see are starting to look better. And third, I really appreciate their customer service. I was that annoying customer who had a ton of questions, and they really took the time to answer all of them and take care of me. They said I’m in the “SkinnyFit Family” now, and I really feel that :)

Dec 27,2024DO NOT order from this company. I ordered one time and they’ve decided for me that they will charge me each month “ for my subscription”. I did not subscribe to anything. Something I DID NOT order, Or agree to,. Shameful i call that stealing. Don’t give these people your CC# youll regret it. Note to skinny fits follow up. I have emailed you repeatedly and have not heard any response as of yet.

Dec 21,2024Got charged 2 times within 10 days. Called a few times and it is hard to get in hold with someone. Finally get someone and she said she cancelled my subscription and return label will be sent. Also mentioned she said it was take 30 days to refund it. Should not trust as you can not cancel online. I did mention this to the representative and she they are working on it. I think she said that just to get me off the phone. But they had no problem charging it within 10 days. I wish I never saw this product. This product made me sick. I got headaches and made me nauseous. Will not recommend at all. Such a big mistake.
