No idea if the mattress is any good as I've been waiting 18 days (not including manufacture) for it to be delivered to a London address. I've received a number of excuses and apologies, some accompanied by sad face emojis, but no mattress. I came to this page to check it was a real company and I hadn't just been scammed for £650. Customer service isn't just about being polite and getting things right first time around, it's about fixing issues promptly. 18 days is too long to be chasing a company for delivery of anything.

Dec 06,2017We haven’t had a bad night sleep since getting this mattress! We got the medium and it’s perfect for us. It’s a bit firmer than most medium mattresses but we really like it! My wife suffers with being too hot at night but this mattress has helped so much. We have already recommended these mattresses to our friends.

We have had the mattress for nearly 2 months now and haven't had a bad night's sleep since. The customer care is as equally excellent as the mattress. Dec 05,2017Changed to Sleeping Duck due to suffering severe shoulder pains on previous mattress. Aches were much reduced on a medium sleeping duck mattress but after contacting them they sent us a softer foam insert and we are enjoying a very good, pain free sleep,thanks to their support....literally!!

Dec 05,2017Been sleeping on the mattress for three months now and all seems well. My back and hip pain is a lot less now than on my old mattress. The mattress is really deep so have had some problems with getting fitted sheets on even though they are extra deep ones. All in all my husband and I have been getting a good night's sleep.

Dec 05,2017Love the mattress!!!. Using the firm option which is great. Only problem was sleeping duck rushed the mattress which felt damp when it arrived. The team quickly sent replacement top cover and fixed the issue. Recommended!!!!

Nov 29,2017I ordered my mattress in February of this year and was pleased by the quick delivery albeit the packaging was damaged in areas. After following the instructions to air out the mattress for a few hours before use, I experienced an improvement in my night's sleep in comparison to my old mattress but nothing extraordinarily special. 3 months into using this mattress and I noticed that mold had formed on the base of the mattress and that my base board for my bed had been damaged by the moisture. Please note that I am very serious when it comes to airing out my property as I am not oblivious to the effects of mold forming. I reported my experience to Sleeping Duck promptly only to be told that the mold is a result of my doing. I explained that I rotated the mattress monthly as advised and I have a dehumidifier so the mold was not my fault and was ignored. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility and have not replaced the mattress even though I am asthmatic and cannot use the mattress now.

Oct 17,2017Great Mattress as a long term back,shoulder and neck pain sufferer I am now having a much better nights sleep with reduced pain. My husband is also sleeping much better and waking less stiff in the morning. Company have been very helpful finding the right firmness of mattress. My only draw back is husband is sleeping so well now his snoring is even worse!!!!

Oct 10,2017Amazingly comfortable, incredible value and suprisingly well built I was skeptical but the alternative traditional mattress was thousands more so with the 100 day trail it was worth the risk... But turns out there was no risk, this mattress is far superior to our previous mattress ($3500) and should revolutionise the way we purchase beds in the future... Highly recommended. I'm a heavier guy and the medium mattress is super supportive but softer than I expected, go for the firm unless you like a softer feel, but it's literally like lying on a cloud. We love it. Save yourself thousands and splurge on new sheets and doona like we have! Service has been first class also. As I unpacked it, I stupidly managed to rip the bamboo topper (which is insanely soft and luxurious btw) it was 100% my fault and stressed I wanted to pay for a replacement, they responded within the day and replaced it for free. Insanely good service...

Oct 06,2017Excellent customer service, we did need to adjust the softness of the mattress to a softer one but found it was easy to do! Used to wake up with aches using my old mattress but no longer since switching to sleeping duck! I did find it warmer but have quickly got used to it.

Oct 05,2017Our old mattress was uncomfortable and my wife and I were waking regularly in the night due to the discomfort so we decided to change. I have been aware of the new mattress brands in the market and thought it was time to give them ago. After looking around and doing my research everything pointed to Sleeping Duck - andI haven't regretted the decision for a second. From the first night we have slept soundly, comfortably and most importantly - all night through! I would recommend the company, their speed, efficiency and product to anyone.
