Jul 08,2021Why do I say it works when I’m on my fourth try? I do 12 weeks and lose loads of weight then go back to the bad old ways. Well it does what they say. After the first few days the hunger pangs subside.

Delivery has been next day without fail, even when I've ordered late in the afternoon. Communication regarding delivery has been excellent so I've always known when to expect the parcel. And the points system has allowed me to get a regular discount on orders, too. The products are excellent quality and above all I know this diet works! Very happy customer!
