Jul 23,2021Wow. First diet that I feel true hope will work. Really easy to stick to! Bars, soups and shakes are delicious. The meals are okay, better mixed with some zero noodles and broccoli. Customer service is beyond amazing. Just had a phone call to answer a question I sent in. It makes me feel secure knowing that I won't deviate from the diet accidentally as I can ask all the questions I like.

Jul 23,2021Quick delivery, items packed well. Good value excellent customer service would and have recommended many times. As far as a ketosis meal plan goes, packs are never going to be a case of if you closed your eyes you wouldnt know you were not eating spag bol!! But they do taste ok/nice/great depending which one youre having! Theres only a couple I dont like, and that is just personal taste.

Jul 23,2021Brilliant customer service with on line support all the way. Hugely successful eating plan that is simple to follow and it works. I have lost 2 1/2 stone and continue to adapt my lifestyle to maintain, however there are times when I creep up a few pounds and I just go back on plan to get back to goal. I love this plan - The best I have ever tried.

Jul 14,2021This is a lovely company with absolutely wonderful staff. The support system is incredible and I feel as though I am highly valued as a customer. As an outsider, it feels like a caring family. The products are always extremely well packed and are dispatched and delivered very quickly. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially for bulk purchases. Customer service issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. The whole operation is smooth and efficient and has useful tools to help customers, I especially appreciate the 'chat' function and have found it very helpful. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in VLCDs.

Jul 14,2021I purchased a mixed pack of shakes to try the various flavours and see if the diet is something I could get on with. So far I have tried 7 of the flavours and all have been good, completely drinkable. In a decent shaker I have been getting the shakes lump free too which is a big bonus. I don’t feel hungry after having one and it keeps me going until the next meal time. Happy with my purchase
