Jun 24,2021The service is good, however the size of the bars is getting smaller. Not good enough to say the weight has an “e” next to the theoretical weight. Diabetics rely on accurate amounts therefore there is a risk that the intake of carbs maybe compromised.

Jun 23,2021This is not my first rodeo with S&S. It’s easy to order and they arrive on time free the next working day. The meals and menu’s have improved greatly. The pancake mix is great. I’ve bought a waffle maker to make waffles with the soup mix. I do 5 on and 2 off. There are different ways of doing SnS. You choose what’s best for you.

Jul 02,2021slim n save . I have it as a mousse as I don’t like milk shake. It’s so easy to mix up and eat, it keeps me going until the next one (approximately 3hrs) . I love all of the different flavours so I’m not getting bored. In the first week I have already lost 3lb without even trying.
