Jun 21,2021The delivery was quick but i would advise that, be aware next day delivery on a order placed on a weekend is like you've ordered on a Monday. The shakes,bars and the meals are tasty and feeling as you can add some vegetables.

Jun 17,2021I've done every diet under the sun but always put the weight back on. This program is hard if you want to lose weight quickly but you can lose the weight consistently and feel good as you do it. The choices of food are the best I've seen and they all taste good so although I stopped over Christmas it's not difficult to get back into it. You don't feel hungry and the support you get online from the counselors and the group going through the same program as you is excellent. The online diary helps a lot to keep you focused. I highly recommend this program!

Jun 15,2021I have never been able to stick to any kind of eating plan as I just get to worked up about portions and what I can have and how much but the packs are so nice and I have a porridge for breakfast, a shake for lunch and a meal for dinner with a bar anytime I feel like it, as well as being able to have milk or yoghurt or even sugar free jelly. I find it so easy to sort my dinner and I haven’t even been tempted by my family dinners and I have 5 children and a husband to cook for but I’m happy knowing the choices I have, plus the snacks are really nice too. The SNS team are just lovely and so supportive and so quick to help. I enjoy this because the results are fast once you get past the first week and have that lovely big first week loss you’re flying. Also my sister in law did this and it’s not just a case of once you’ve lost the weight you’re off the plan that’s it’s as they help you get into a well balanced plan once you are at your goal. My sister in laws friend also uses the packs for when she doesn’t have time for making dinner but eats healthy and then on the nights she has to rush off she has a pack so doesn’t go hungry. Every plan you try to get you where you want to be is going to need will power but this plan is just so easy to follow and I am so happy.

I would def recommend you also join their Facebook pages for constant support from both the S&S team and also others following the plan. Give it a go ... and good luck x

Jun 15,2021Excellent diet, really works. I need to perfect the stopping but that's my issue not theirs. Ordering is excellent, next day delivery etc., but you do have to buy a pretty big bunch of stuff to get good pricing, so topping up on 3 specific items isn't realistic, so you'll have to do without them until you order again in 1-2 months' time. (oddly specific, ed.) They really do support their dieters too, if you got any Q's just get on the chat, they're v.nice.

Jun 15,2021I used the beginner pack for a pre-op diet, and all went well and as expected. The food is pretty tasty too and easy to prepare. Would recommend to those who are serious about the diet.
