The MySlomin’s app for iOS and Android provides a robust, easy-to-use system for remotely controlling the Slomin’s Shield system. Technician, Keith, was excellent. He was polite, personable and most of all he knew the equipment and how to properly install it. When he's job was complete, he made sure I understood all the features of the keypad and how to use them properly.

The installer Tyler was great. He was polite ,neat & professional. He went over the new keypad with us and answered all our questions and concerns in an easy to understand language. I took off 1 star because we were originally told a tech would be here @ 8 am and install would take all day. Tyler didn’t arrive until early afternoon. And we told that we were his 2nd stop. We believe we should’ve been notified earlier in the day.
The technician Brian is a very polite and friendly person who showed his professional skills well and completed the job with no issues.

Stay away from Slomin's. Find a company that cares about its customers. I bought an expensive central AC from them 2 years ago with a service contract. The AC is going on with the system off now at the end of December and they can't help me because they say they only service AC from April to September. I now also have no heat in the upstairs of my house. I requested a call back from a manager and nobody called. I will be calling the Attorney General about this pathetic company.

We have reached the end of our rope with Slomins. Their driver's are sub par. We have been with them for approximately 10 years. One several occasions the delivery drivers would not come down my flat, straight driveway if they saw a inch of snow on it. Last year, before a winter storm, the area driver just didn't deliver to a large portion of customers on his route, right before a winter storm on a Friday, screwing all of the Slomins customers on his route. (this was BEFORE the storm and well documented on the Town's Facebook page). The most recent bad experience, Slomins sent out a tech to do my annual service of my furnace. The tech did a good job. He advised and showed me my that my oil tank was starting to leak. As a result he had to freeze oil delivery until I replaced the tank. The tech stated that once that was done, Slomins would need to send someone to inspect the tank before they deliver oil. He further advised Slomins could do this "pretty quick". I expressed my concern to him about that because Slomins has never done a quick service turn around for anything here. I replaced the tank and called to schedule an inspection. The customer service rep could not make an appointment for 11 days, effectively leaving me without heating oil. I complained about the length of time, and the best she could do was a week out. So this was the last straw. The other (multiple) instances revolved around delivery of oil. We will be looking for a new company after our contract with Slomins expires. If your shopping for a reliable heating oil company, Slomins is NOT it.
Service STILL OUT!!! NO REASON WHY. NO RETURN CALL TECH DIDN'T COME BACK OUT.!!ANYTHING!!!
