Dec 17,2024I was fine with the technician then two days later I get a bill for $400.00, which is wrong as I swapped out some equipment and the technician called his supervisor and the supervisor said yes it will be an even exchange as you not being charged for the equipment then no charge for what you are swapping out. Then two days later I get an invoice for $400.00 I call to speak to someone and they say someone has to get back to you. It's been 4 days and still haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointed in the service.

Dec 12,2024service tech was very knowledgeable,polite and professional.BUT,we were not aware that our electrical transmitter needed to be replaced to accommodate the new video doorbell that was being installed.This should have been addressed before the service tech arrived.This was not anything that we would have knowledge about.We had to have an electrician friend come and install a new transmitter.Think Slomin's should have asked or checked before the tech came to our house.

I hit test the alarm went off I forgot I had to add a 2 to my password when I told it to the tech at time of installation that my code was to short so then Unbeknownst to me I hit *# it set the alarm off then when calling back to cancel the alarm the police showed up talking g to so.body out of country doesn't fly with me and the last company I was with would feel the situation out.and have you heard your alarm is obnoxiously loud
