Many thanks to SmartshieldUK for the wonderful job they made of cleaning the moss from my roof. They were brilliant from the outset with Stuart and Lisa handling the contractual and communication side. Yes the answered all those tricky little questions and dealt with a few timing issues outside of their control that occurred along the way. Nick and Gervase turned up to do the work and apart from doing a fantastic job it was a pleasure to have them on the property. They cleared everything up after them and carted all the old moss away. I can only speak highly of them and would definitely recommend SmartshieldUK to anyone and especially so if Nick and Gervase are involved. Five Stars. Colin form Cardiff

I can’t help to rave about the finished look ! Wow what a difference if you house looks tired deffo do it! Smartshield were fab from the outset competitive in price and fantastic communication throughout! The work was carried out with the upmost respect for our home! After the cleaning stage you would never have know they had been there so tidy! Same can be said after the final coat other then my house looking more beautiful then ever! Would 100% recommend! Thank you!

Really impressed by the team for the excellent hard work they did on our roof and the care they took to keep everything clean and tidy throughout and afterwards. Our roof was looking worse for wear and was starting to make the house look tired, and the end result has left us with a roof that looks brand new! I couldn’t believe how much moss debris came off the roof! The guys worked really hard (Danny did a great job of applying the product together with Michael and Joe who worked tirelessly for their lives!). Big thanks to Stuart and Chris too. We selected the platinum package which incl changing our tile colour to match the house more following a recent renovation and to deal with the fact a prior renovation left us with mismatching coloured tiles which constantly annoyed me (we chose climashield slate grey and I think it looks fantastic). The team and product have been the answer to our problems and I highly recommend them!

From the first call I made to Smartshield, to the completion of the job, we have been extremely impressed with the very high standard of service and the finished product provided by Smartshield. I found Smartshield on a Google search and read the reviews, there was no hard sell, just facts and before and after pictures to help make our desicion and to hope we were doing the right thing. We had recently moved to the property and didn't know workman in the area to clean our moss covered roof. Danny turned up this morning and amazingly managed to clean the disgustingly dirty roof, and seal it ,so it now looks better than new, all in the one day. The roof looks amazing and has already had lots of good comments from neighbours. No more green tiles on the front wall. Everything now matches. It looks great. Thank you so much Smartshield.

Having seen the excellent roof cleaning carried out by Smartshield at a neighbours property I decided to have them clean my roof also and was not disappointed. Not only were David and Mario, the two operatives courteous, friendly and helpful, they also did a thorough job of cleaning and treating with biocide, leaving my roof looking like new. They cleaned and tidied the other affected parts of the property, leaving it in a good state.

Can’t fault the work on our roof had cleaned and coated which looks amazing. The lads were spot on very courteous throughout and very very clean. Communication was excellent as weather delayed the coating but was always rescheduled straight away Will be recommending to our neighbours Well done guys Regards Scott Bosley Northampton

I honestly can’t speak highly enough about Smartshield Uk. Having had quite a bit of work at our house and coming across so many tradesmen and companies who promise so much and always seem to disappoint or deliver a poor service, these guys are exactly what to expect from a professional organisation. On time, on budget, professional, well presented, the best equipment and materials used and high standards and honest beyond belief. If ever you are not sure who to choose or have concerns about what service you will receive, believe me when I tell you these guys will absolutely exceed your expectations. They are easily a 5* company and one of the best I have come across. Just Brilliant. Thank you !

Stuart's teams are amazing. Danny & Brendan were relentless in their work on our roof, drive and patio. We were a bit nervous embarking on this major clean of our roof which was heavy with moss debris algae and lichen. We are so pleased with the result. Looks like a new roof! All the weeds, soil and algae cleaned from the block paving too. And a repair job on part of the paving. Cleaned up very well too and nice guys.

Service at this level should not go unnoticed and the entire experience from initial contact to the work being completed has been exceptional !!! From my initial enquiry, Stuart and Lisa have been available to answer all of my questions and apprehensions. We had to rearrange the schedule due to bad weather and an alternative date was booked in immediately. James & Danny arrived on time, removed all items to a safe place in my garden and proceeded with the treatment. Advising me throughout the day on what they were doing. The final result is amazing and looks like a new roof on my property. Everything was cleaned and left spotless and they even cleaned my neighbours garden where some debris had fallen Thank you James and Danny for a top job. You are both a credit to your company and treated my property with total respect. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Smartshield…. They will hopefully be returning to coat my drive with a similar product in the coming weeks.

Amazing my roof is like New I can 100% recommend SmartShield. From our initial consultation with Lisa and Stuart who were brilliant in guiding us on the roof coating, to the two days that were spent cleaning and painting our roof. Nick and Gervais arrived promptly on both days and took the upmost care when doing the work as well us updating us through the whole process, they take pride in their work and worked late on day two to ensure the work was completed to our satisfaction. These guys have saved me a small fortune in not having to replace my tiles, give them a try you won't be disappointed.

I recently used smartsheild after looking around for a company to do the job, I'm so glad I chose smartsheild! From the very first conversation over the phone, it was professional, every aspect was clearly detailed, the process from start to finish was outlined. Then on the planned day of phase one (the cleaning of the roof and the protective aspect), everything we had discussed was executed to perfection. The gentleman arrived promptly, protected everything, completed their work, cleaned everything down before leaving, it was immaculate. Phase two came a few days later (the new colour for the roof), two different gents, marked company vehicle again, just as polite and prompt as the previous two. They also protected everything around the job, worked hard until completed, cleaned everything when finished... and bang, there's what looks like a brand new roof! We couldn't be happier. We love the fact that not only does their work look good, it also comes with a fantastic guarantee. We absolutely recommend smartsheild as a company to use. Great work by Kevin and Aiden. They turned up early and got to work straight away. The driveway was covered in a tarpaulin to catch everything coming off the roof. During and after they were cleaning everywhere and once finished I was shown round to make sure I was satisfied. I was extremely satisfied and impressed by the way my roof looks now. Pristine and the envy of neighbours. Thankyou very much and I would recommend you guys to anyone.

Everything from start to finish dealing with Smartshield was really impressive. Danny and Jake who came to clean the roof were really pleasant and professional. Made sure everything was moved and protected where necessary and did a great job cleaning afterwards too. The roof looks amazing! We are very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

I was extremely pleased with the result of having my roof cleaned, it looks great, like a brand new roof in fact The team at Smartsheild team were very professional and also very friendly , they also cleaned all the mess after the work was done . Stuart ,the owner of the company, was very helpful and efficient with the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company , well done!

A very good overall service to remove and clean a thick moss covered roof. Danny was very knowledgeable and respected the fact we have hand made clay tiles and replacing like for like in a conversation area. We would recommend Smartshield to others.

What an excellent company, I couldn’t rate them enough. Stuart was a pleasure to deal with- so helpful and explained everything as they went along. They did such a great job. We are extremely happy with the work they provided and at a very reasonably price. Definitely 5 out of 5! Highly recommend using them!
