Stuart and his team at Smartshield are to be congratulated for an excellent job on my House in Maidenhead. I agreed pricing on Friday last and they arrived Monday very efficient work and the outcome was fantastic - Looks like a New Roof. Thanks Stuart Gary SL6 Berkshire

Excellent service, team completing the works were very professional and polite and co-ordinate the works with the neighbours very well. The property was left after the service in the same condition it was found it. Fully recommend using smartshield

Could not be more delighted with the professional excellent service from smartshield. Two really great workers who left my property so clean and tidy afterwards. Plus besides doing an excellent job on the roof, sorted some ridge tiles as well. Nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend.

I called Stuart regarding a quote to clean my roof which is over 83 years old, it’s never been cleaned. I got a very competitive quote for the job and he said it will look like new. Chas and Dave turned up on time and cleaned my roof. I couldn’t believe my eyes yes Stuart was right, they cleaned up after themselves. If want a professional service then contact Stuart. Also not to mention Danny and nick who turned up later to help and get the job done quicker. I would not hesitate to use there services again. Well done lads.

I have to say it was a pleasure dealing with such a professional company, the work was very efficiently carried out and my neighbours want to know if I'm selling tickets to spectators ! It's 45years old and looks as good as new. Happy to recommend.

Im afraid I didn't share the experience of others on here. Had our roof treated in September to remove lichen by what we were assured by a very confident Stuart was a “proper roofing company”. Roof ended up as two tone due to a mix of concrete and clay tiles being the roof which a pre treatment site visit would have picked up-we blame ourselves for taking the assurance that he didn't need to do one as he could see the roof on google maps and via the pictures we sent. A week or so after the visit (and payment), lichen returned pictures of which we sent to Stuart and we were told that it would be fixed. 3 months later and despite repeated chasing we are still waiting for a return visit. Fine the weather has been patchy but presumably new (rather than corrective) jobs have been taken on in that time and it would be reasonable to at least try and fix a date? We are now out of patience and are getting a “proper roofing company” to fix the mess. Eleanor O’Brien, Woking

After moving into a new home, we had the roof cleaned for the first time in what must have been 20+ years. Danny and Nick from Smartshield turned up at 08:15 and set to work. Fueled with the occasional hot drink (being a cold and wet day), they did not stop working. The preparation, attention to detail, replacement of correct coloured tiles, and clean down was spot on. Danny and Nick were very polite, took time to knock on neighbours doors and clean any mess created. All in all a great job and its been nice to be able to recommend their service to the neighbours. Thanks chaps!

Extremely pleased with the work performed on my roof to cleanse it of algae and moss. It looks like a new roof and freshens up the entire house, it certainly stands out compared to my neighbours rooves that have not been cleaned. The clean-up after the work was thoroughly performed. A perfect job overall.

I cannot recommend these guys / Smartshield UK enough, a fantastic job - I have a new roof🤗 I was worried about the ‘mess’ that came off the roof but it was totally unfounded the clean up was brilliant . Fab job thank you .

This is an additional comment as we had Smartshield follow up replacing the guttering and downpipes. Same great service and when we found we had a gutter leak following some heavy rain they came back to site within two hours of me ringing them and sorted the problem.
