Nov 15,2018Had my roof cleaned of all the moss, dirt and other mess that was on there. Live in quite a rural area so the build up was substantial caused blocked valleys and guttering which was leading to a leak in bathroom. Guys came round promptly on day of appointment. They were freindly and professional, did a great job and cleaned up all the mess after the job was done.

They did an amazing job and left a great finish. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for any services for their roofs. Great team of workers and highly efficient. Oct 27,20182 extremely hard working individuals made the outside of my property look like new again. They were fast and efficient in clearing the roof of moss and left no mess behind with the exception of a few puddles. I will certainly recommend and I will be back in the future.

Oct 25,2018I was not sure what the results would be like with the 2 properties that I entrusted to Smartshield, however, the results were very good indeed in respect of both properties. The roofs looked virtually like new and the driveways were cleaned to a very good professional standard. Both Danny and Nick worked tirelessly, were good humoured and very pleasant and it was a delight having them working on my properties. I unhesitatingly commend them and will recommend them to friends and family.

Oct 22,2018Many thanks to Danny and Rob for the brilliant job on my roof. I was really nervous at how it would turn out but I need not have worried it looks fantastic. There was so much moss on the roof and it was so dirty I never realised my roof was actually Red I thought it was Black! The price was very good and it was definitely cheaper than having a new roof. Oct 22,2018Great job many thanks. I meant to post this a couple of months ago when I had my roof cleaned so sorry for the delay. Stuart quoted me for my roof to be cleaned and painted in a grey colour. The price was very good so I gave the go ahead. Rob and Danny did a fantastic job they worked so hard and hardly stopped all day long apart from the odd cup of tea to see them through. I can't believe the transformation it is brilliant and looks like a new roof. My wife is also delighted a great job carried out by a professional company. My neighbour was so impressed he had a quote and his is being done in a couple of weeks. All the best Bill

My property was cleared from all debris by smartshield and im so impressed with all the detail they put into cleaning my roof! They took extra care with the cleaning making sure all my request were met. Friendly and hardworking team so impressed! Deffinelty recommend!!

Everything was explained at the start and although it was a bit noisy and messy, all our bushes were covered up and I knew that everything was going to be cleaned before I would be asked to pay. Great service from a professional company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Darryl and David worked non-stop from the time they arrived and whilst a mess created, which is understandable, they cleaned the site leaving it as they found it before the work started. A great job and have no hesitation in recommending Smartshield UK.

Aug 15,2018The Smartshield roofers have just left having worked really hard this morning to clear my old roof of years of moss growth. It is difficult to believe that it is the same roof, such is the difference! There were many cracked/damaged tiles revealed by the cleaning and the team went out and bought over 130 replacement, reclaimed, clay tiles; these they fitted with minimal fuss so that the roof now looks immaculate. There was no additional charge to the quoted price for the cleaning. They have also sprayed the roof completely to stop the growth returning; Smartshield have assured me that should any regrowth occur on the roof in the next 5 YEARS, they will return to clear it FREE OF CHARGE! There was a huge amount of moss etc on my roof and thus there was a great deal of mess when it was washed off. The company was good to its claim that they would clear everything up from the garden and driveway; that they left the place looking immaculate, going so far as to wash and sweep the whole driveway area. An excellent job and I would thoroughly recommend Smartshield - as I have done to 3 people already!

Jul 24,2018Smartshield did above and beyond what we expected. Couldnt be more pleased with their service, team & end results. We initially requested smartshield for a quotation, by the next day Stuart had called back and gave us a very clear explanation of what to expect, answered all our queries and gave us an immediate quotation that was very reasonable for the size of roof that we had (our big roof was heavily covered in moss, algae, dirt etc). I then requested about coating as well and after Stuart explained we decided we wanted that too (would like to add that he did not sell any of his treatments or services to us we enquired about them and then only he explained). We were not too sure of we wanted brown or burgundy roof coating so he said he would paint two tiles and send it with his team on the day so we can have a look and decide. We were immediately pleased with the service he did for us especially when he asked if the roof could get coated asap as we were having a big party soon and he squeezed us in his busy diary for us. We were extremely pleased with the initial conversation and couldn't wait for the day the roof was going to get done. On the day his team turned up and they showed me the two tiles and adviced me which is the best one and they got to work straight away. They did an excellent job making sure everything was clean from paving to windows even neighbours side walk they cleaned before leaving and they had a 3 hour drive back before coming back again the next day for the coating. We were so impressed with their work that my husband asked the guys to ask Stuart for a quotation to get our paving cleaned and was happy with it that the next day we went ahead with paving getting cleaned as well as roof coating. Once again the guys went ahead and got on with their work rapidly but to our bad luck the paint gun broke half way and they had to come back and Stuart remembered that we had family that weekend that he squeezed a team in again before the weekend. Again to our bad luck after driving down 3 hours it was raining and they had to go back but promised they would come back the next day as weather was better to finish. Sticking to their word they came back finished the job in half a day. Our whole family were more than happy with the end results the roof looks completly brand new and even the neighbours have come out and commented on the brilliant work. Without a doubt I would recommend Smartshield UK to everyone, they prioritise customer satisfaction above everything and the results speak for themselves. Thank you Smartshield.....We are extremely happy customers.

Jul 24,2018Wow, what an amazing job. I went to work this morning with a terracotta roof and came home to slate grey. It looks like a brand new roof. Danny and Nick worked so hard in seriously hot conditions and I cannot fault them, cleaned as they went, a credit to the company. Thank you, we will definitely recommend this company, 5 star service

Jul 13,2018Excellent service and end results. They turned up on time, finished on time. The guys worked very hard throughout the day and cleaned up completely afterwards. The end result was a clean roof which was a much better colour. I don't often give high scores but for this they deserve 5/5.

Jul 06,2018Arranged cleaning and preventative treatment of our heavily moss covered roof through Stuart. An easy process and what was to be included in the service was explained clearly. Daniel and Nick turned up on time and worked super hard, on what was a crazy hot day, to complete the job cleaning both the house and garage roofs which both now look like new. (We didn't realize the colour they were actually meant to be) Importantly as this is a messy job the guys took great care in cleaning up after themselves along the way. They also replaced any broken tiles as part of the service. Good service and experience all around. Good value for the hard work and outcome we have got:)

Jun 30,2018Our roof had extensive moss coverage which needed to be treated. I contacted Smartshield uk and spoke to Stuart. We discussed the options and agreed on a jet wash followed by a spray coating of anti moss solution. The Smartshield team of Rob,Daryl and Dave arrived promptly, knew what they had to do and got on with the job. It was a large roof to clean but the end result is simply superb! The Guys were professional,friendly,helpful and tidy. Great job Smartshield, highly recommended. Thanks

Nov 16,2018Just had roof cleaned by Smartshield UK wasn’t quite sure what to expect but wow the difference is amazing 😎. It is like we have had a complete new roof. 2 very hardworking men and so polite. I must admit when they first started and I saw how much dirt was coming off the roof, my first thought was how on earth are they going to clear up and get rid of all that mess? I can assure you they certainly did and other than the ground being wet you would never know it had been done. Would recommend Smartshield 100% and thank you for a terrific job well done,
