I cannot believe how easy it was to install these shades in my home. They were also extremely easy to connect to HomeKit. I am extremely happy with my overall purchasing and installation experience.
Very concerned about after sale support. I needed help with an Alexa issue controlling my smart shades and all I'm getting is questions and no real help. Lot's of try this and that and the other thing. Problem is that All shades worked and then a few stopped communicating, so it's not a network issue, not an app issue, not a power issue, not a version issue. It's a SmartWings issue and they don't have any way to diagnose it other than to suggest resetting Alexa or rebooting my network which doesn't make sense of some of their shades work and some don't.

We love our smartwings motorized blinds. We ordered 16 for our new house. They were incredibly easy to install and look amazing. We paid for 16 what one of the blind company quoted us for 1 room (3 windows). We had some minor issues (it was on our end) and the customer service was amazing!
Love the product works well, easy to use and setup. I only have 2 issues: 1- Shipping did take a long time to get it. 2- after adding the accessories and adjusted the size, the price was very high and that was during the black Friday sale. I mean I like it and I want to buy more, but I just can't afford it. specially that the sale is over now.
I requested window shade material samples and received them within a week. I love the choices! We’re building a new house and preparing for hardwired shades. I’d like to use SmartWings, but I found out they don’t have a manual override option if the power goes out. I’m hoping when we’re ready to order and install blinds, they do have a manual option incorporated in their hardwired shades.

I purchased (3) motorized shades (order #15847) and the width of the fabric shade is 1 1/2" less than I expected. On two of the shades it doesn't matter because I ordered them 4" wider than the glass. The one other shade needed to be narrower because of a digital lockset mounted on the French door. Before ordering I referred to how to measure windows for shades and how to measure for French doors. Nowhere do the instructions specify say the width measurement is the width of the roller and not the shade. 1) In the example of "how to measure windows for shades" it states that if the window opening is 38" it might be helpful to order 42" if the s[ace allows. This will provide 2" coverage on each side of the window. This is incorrect, because the fabric would be 40 1/2". 2) In the popup window for outside measuring of motorized roller shades it states *Please note valance will be approximately 1.5" wider than the fabric. It doesn't say if the width you are providing is for the fabric or the the valance. 3) Before I placed the order I called and explained I couldn't add 2-3" beyond the glass size because there is a digital lockset 3/4" from the edge of the glass. I was told to add 3/4" for each side which I did. The delivered shade barely covers the glass because it's 1.5" less than the valance. Prior to ordering with SmartWings I also was looking at Blinds.com. In their instructions for Outside Roller Shades it specifically states the fabric will be narrower than the ordered width. SmartWings does not tell you that. SmartWings will only offer a new shade at 50% off which isn't acceptable.
Easy ordering, excellent quality and easy installation... so much so that I ordered another set for my living room the day I installed the first set. Matter motor is rock solid and actually made my wife decide that she finally likes the convenience of our HomeKit home!

Disgusting company. They will annoy you with reviews right after the delivery. How the heck can you test the product if you being asked for review the next day?
