Aug 15,2023This is my second order, my first was a couple of months ago for an outdoor roller shade. Everything was great including setup, very reliable so far. This order is for 3 indoor roller shades. Two of the three will not add to HomeKit. Contacted support via email and the response is slow, several days just to hear that I should try resetting the shades.

Aug 12,2023We ordered motorized Zebra Shades for our master bath. We added a remote control and solar panel so they we didn’t have to replace batteries in a hard to reach location I also used one of their recommended professional installers. They replaced 20 yr old Hunter-Douglas cellular shades that used a normal pull string; the cord had snapped and made the old blinds inoperable. Plus, a draw string was very impractical in the location. We love the new blinds. They are well made, look great and installed easily. The zebra blinds give us the kind of light adjustment and privacy we hoped for. They cost 1/4 of what the replacement Hunter-Douglas blinds would have. We had a couple of questions and their mail support was fast and knowledgeable. I took a chance on a brand I hadn’t seen before. I’m very glad I did. They aren’t cheap but don’t break the bank either, they are a great value for the quality.

Aug 12,2023The blinds were easy to order. The quality is good. I was a bit nervous since they were custom manufactured in Asia and shipped from Asia, but they were packed well. All parts were included and installation was simple. I ordered the remote control option and once the remote was put on the correct “channel”, following the instructions, the remote worked without any programming needed.

Aug 11,2023Blinds are perfect. Love the material, sizing is spot on, and they were very easy to install. A bit of confusion regarding the Alexa functionality, but resolved that by upgrading from an Echo Dot to an Echo, which solved the problem.

Aug 10,2023Recently bought 8 woven blinds with home kit motor. Two of the blinds cannot work at all and not responding to apple HomeKit. have emailed support desk , they have no solution to it yet.

Aug 10,2023Great customer service! Great product. Highly recommend. I did my research to find a brand that was not too expensive but will be reliable. So far so good. Works well with Alexa with the smart hub option and I also purchased a remote. I would replace all my blinds with these motorized solar blinds if they all broke down. Better to order directly from company than through Amazon as you get an additional year warranty.

Even called in but the rep was super shadey - pun intended - but they were clearly not interested in driving things to resolution or doing any work period. Not at all satisfied with the clearly defective product or the support provided.

Aug 08,2023Nice service, good phone support. Manuals fonts are too small and hard to read. Corded model has two weights which are not in the manual. Shade antenna should be rerouted it has gotten tangled in the shade roll up. I would buy again despite the points above. Thank you.

Aug 16,2023Blinds came in exactly as requested. They work great and we’re pretty easy to integrate into my Google home. One weird thing was the shades show up as curtains in the Google home and there doesn’t seem to be a way to fix that. Overall amazing product and would highly recommend.
