Sep 27,2023This was my 2nd trip to finish off my implant treatment. The staff were all so efficient, lovely to talk to and very attentive to my needs. The clinic itself is ultra modern and spotlessly clean, you have your own waiting room during appointments with refreshments and TV / Games consoles available to use. The staff were also very thorough in ensuring I had the perfect teeth by the end of my stay and I cannot recommend highly enough.

Everything spot on and exactly as described to me, all drivers were pleasant and helpful. Hotel - Comfortable clean with a great breakfast and very friendly staff. Good air conditioning Post - Treatment Information Excellent Consultation - Excellent and informative, Treatment - My dentist was an Angel likewise her attendants outstanding, Professional and very informative throughout the process. Thank you for making the process simplistic and above all Pain Free. Post Care - Fantastic you feel as if you have been involved and considered throughout. I have read all the rubbish about using an offshore dentist, i.e. using poor quality materials, the poor quality of the training for dentists and low quality care, well that is complete nonsense Smile Dental were exceptional form start to finish and I am Happy to speak to anyone who may have a concern they were that good.

Sep 23,2023Very impressed with the whole experience from the prompt pick up at the airport - all the way through to my return home. Was collected from the hotel on the first morning and taken to Smile Dental where I was greeted at the front door with a hand shake and a smiling face to welcome me. The clinic is immaculate. I was then taken for a CT scan immediately and shown around and taken to a personal waiting room which had TV, mini bar and XBox. Then I was collected a short while later and discussed my treatment with Dennis (the consultant). A very nice guy. He calmed me as I was quite nervous and explained everything to me in detail. I then went to see the accountant to settle the fee agreed and then the treatment started almost immediately after that. The dentist (Mehmet) did a super job and is clearly a perfectionist. When the treatment was complete, I was almost in tears at the result!! I’ve not been able to smile for most of my adult life and now here I was smiling again with a beautiful set of teeth. The clinic supported with aftercare treatment and messaged me back home to see if I had experienced any problems (which I haven’t). I am now looking forward to returning in March when I will be having the crowns installed on 2 implants I had. Thank you to the whole team for making my whole experience a pleasant one. See you all again in March!!!

Sep 23,2023Going to Smile Dental has completely changed my life, my teeth before were an absolute state and now I can smile again. The clinic is very clean and modern, the staff were very nice and professional. The work was to the same standard I'd expect in the UK if not better. Having the travel/hotel sorted for me was also a massive plus. The only problem i had with the trip and i don't hold it against the clinic was I found the NuN hotel to be quite poor. I understand I was only there for a few days to get my teeth done but I would of personally liked an option to pay extra for a more luxurious hotel.

Sep 09,2023I would not recommend anywhere but Smile Dental , from the minute of 1st contact it was friendly , helpful & professional, nothing is too much trouble . Everything is arranged for you, they make sure that all of your needs & expectation are met at every consultation. The staff & Dentists at this clinic are highly professional in their fields and ensure that your journey & experience is pain free and that the end results are completely met & that you are highly satisfied . I needed far more work than I anticipated but this was explained to me @ every step & I can not wait to reach the end result after a few more visits , but even after this 1st visit , I can’t believe the smile I have , I am beaming it feels so natural and all treatment has been pain free , although after any dental treatment there has been some discomfort but this has been managed by the clinic straight away . Smile Dental clinic has given me my confidence back & thank you for my Smile !! I researched Dental clinics & read 100’s of reviews before choosing Smile Dental ! I definitely made the right choice !!!

Aug 15,2023I went for a smile makeover at Smile Dental and I wasn’t disappointed. I did my due diligence and research beforehand and it paid off. I’ve never been to a dental surgery like it in the UK. Complete 5 star experience from my flight arriving to departure. Hotel transfers, meet and greet, private waiting room, beautiful patio are unparalleled. The attention to detail was superb - the dentists take pride in their work. No shortcuts, no stone left uncovered. The support staff were always on hand to reassure me and comfort me during the process. I even received a refund for services I did not need which speaks volumes about their integrity. Antalya is also a beautiful place in the world - people are welcoming - great place to recover after the procedure. Huge shoutout to my dentists and her assistant, can’t believe how well my smile turned out, especially considering the smile I went in with. Cant thank them enough. I can smile for the first time in my life. Huge love ❤️

Aug 09,2023I did a lot of research over around 5 years before finally making a decision to go to Antalya for my smile makeover. This included clinic visits in the UK, and also two clinics visits in Budapest with conflicting outcomes of what treatment I needed? I also contacted a few clinics in Turkey before making my final decision to go with Smile Dental. I had my smile makeover in April 2022, and my teeth weren’t overly bad for my age (64), but I had about 4 old crowns, a few crooked teeth all mostly discoloured. My treatment was for 20 zirconium crowns,10 top,10 bottom, and the whole treatment was completed within 7 days at a cost of around £3,200 after discounts, which I paid for in cash. The process is as follows: Monday-Day 1 x-rays, checkup, discuss what style & colour of crowns you would like, then the treatment begins straight after by preparing your teeth. This for me was not a painful process, but more of an uncomfortable one as this takes around 2 hours, and your mouth does get tired. You then go to your own private room where you can relax, and watch TV before having your temporary crowns fitted. I was able to eat soft foods fish/pasta etc afterwards without any problems, and did not need to take any of the provided pain relief. Wednesday- Day 2. Your crowns are back from the lab ready for a trail fitting, and at this point it is possible to make some changes. For me, I felt the front two teeth were bigger than I expected, so I asked for them to be altered along with a change to the style, and they were happy to make those changes. Thursday-Day 3. Final fitting takes place following on from any adjustments. Friday -Day 4. Final check-up/X-ray, and any bite adjustments can be made. I chose a natural style with a not so bright colour which for me was perfect and I am very happy with my smile makeover. 16 Months on and I have had no problems whatsoever, and I am extremely pleased with the end result. I have just visited the clinic again (July 2023) to have another non related crown replaced, and everything went well this time to, so very happy once again. If you’re thinking about using Smile Dental, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The clinic really does have the wow factor, with the most up to date high tech facilities, and when you walk in you can see just how scrupulously clean the whole place is from top to bottom. Something I have never seen in any of the eight UK dentist I have ever been to? In addition, you get Airport Pick-up/ hotel drop off, and all hotel/clinic pick-ups/drop offs which really take the stress out of things. Big thanks to some of the team who incidentally all speak perfect English. Olga who is one of the co-ordinators, and very helpful, Fatma the dentist who carried out the treatments on both of my visits, and Deniz who I think is the manager and oversee’ s things. Again, I cannot recommend Smile Dental enough

Aug 03,2023The experience was fantastic, from start to finish. For me I had an idea of what I wanted and was stepping into the unknown they guided me correctly to make the right choices. The service is phenomenal , much better than anything I’ve received in the uk. The dentist really impressed me as I was not an easy case, but he was adamant to perfect and correct everything… a true professional. It’s a life changing experience and well worth it. Smile dental make it a very relaxed process, and I would highly recommend. They have literally transformed my face.

Aug 03,2023My teeth journey with Smile Dental started in March 2022 & was completed December 2022. This involved three trips throughout 2022. I had previously sent photographs of my teeth and had an estimated cost before I arrived in Turkey however, the X-rays carried out when in Turkey revealed much more work required than anticipated. S-D gave me 3 options, I chose the more expensive option, this required 3 visits. 2 sinus lifts/3 bone grafts & 7 implants to my upper jaw. 1 bone graft and 2 implants to my lower jaw. I also had 28 crowns (All of my teeth crowned). I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending S-D. They are a slick and professional group. A massive thank you to the highly skilled Dr Özkan Özkaynak (oral surgeon) who carried out my sinus lifts, bone graft’s & implants. Also massive thank you to my Prosthodontist dentist, Dr Dt Fatma Uslu Kavrama, wow this woman is amazing, her attention to detail is outstanding. Pickup from the airport to the hotel was easy with no problems, hotel staff super friendly and the hotel was adequate. My entire life I have never had a bite as good as it is now, I’m absolutely delighted with my new teeth and I receive daily compliments. My recommendation, go to Smile Dental they really are very very professional outfit.

Jul 26,2023I will start by saying that my treatment at Smile Dental was absolutely great. Can’t recommend them highly enough. From the start it was clear that they were not interested in “making a quick buck”, but were truly doing their best to recommend the best treatment plan. The facilities are the best I have ever seen, clean, modern and very comfortable. The team is very professional and the service goes well beyond just dental treatment. We were on a family holiday and we had some concerns spending hours waiting in uncomfortable surroundings with our 10 year old daughter. Nothing could have been further from our expectations. The day we arrived we were taken to a very spacious private waiting room with a comfortable couch, a tv with Netflix and a Xbox, and a fridge stocked with water and soft drinks. We were told that we can order food from take-away services, and when I did and wanted to pay for it, I was told it’s included in the service! Back to dental treatment- Every step was clearly explained to us by a member of the team in excellent English. After consulting with all their experts, a change in plan was offered and I am very happy to say that we took the advice, and are very pleased with the end result. Included in the cost is a no-worries guarantee for the first year, so that if something goes wrong and you need to come back, they will carry the majority of the associated cost including air fare and hotel accommodation. The normal guarantees for implants and crowns apply. These guys are absolute professionals and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am unable to find something to recommend that could have been done better. Great job guys, keep doing what you are doing and the quality of your work will speak for itself. Jaco and Aletha
