Apr 26,2023I visited smile dental to have a in person consultation as I wasn’t sure what work I might require being a very anxious person especially when it came to anything dental I was put at ease from the moment I got there I was treated with care nothing was to much for any of the staff any questions or concerns were talked thoroughly though there was also no pressure if I felt this dental treatment wasn’t for me When it came to me have work done the dentist was professional carrying and I stood how anxious even to be numbed up that I didn’t even feel him do this part I highly recommend smile dental to anyone considering them

Apr 25,2023AMAZING!! I am so glad that I decided to have the work completed and am so happy with the work I have received. My research paid off well :) I could write so much about my experience (all good) but you only receive a certain amount of characters to write up your review so I will try to keep it as informative as I can with the amount of space I have! I first went to Smile Dental in August 2022 where I had two implants fitted in my lower jaw and the rest of my teeth were filed down and crowns fitted. I was in Antalya for 6 days and was at the dentist Monday morning (I arrived on the Sunday) where I met all of the lovely staff and was treated like family from the off. Monday was the choosing of my teeth style, colour payment etc and then the work started on filing my teeth. I can honestly say after the first two injections I could not feel anything, there wasn't any pain at all and I didn't even feel any discomfort (during or after) and after around an hour the work was completed. I was then taken back to the hotel (my choice) and was collected again at 4pm for my temporary teeth to be placed. These were a little uncomfortable and a little hard to eat with but you are only wearing them for a day and a half and they are just doing their job until your real crowns are made. I then returned on Wednesday for my permanent crowns to be fitted. The crowns looked amazing to me but the dentist wasn't happy to start with and wanted to make a couple of amendments - they are perfectionists :) I then returned on Thursday for them to check my bite with the crowns and to ensure that everything was ok with them and for the implants to be fitted. The implants was the part I was most nervous about as I knew they would be cutting into my gum/bone but again I was calmed down by the dental staff and after the first injection I did not feel a thing and after around 20 mins the work was completed and stitches were administered. I couldn't believe I didn't feel a thing and it was over! I returned again the following day so my stitches could be checked and the crowns checked for one final time and then I returned home on the Saturday. I returned again in December 2022 with family members who were now also having treatment (they were having a number of implants fitted) and the first trip to the dentist for me was for x rays to confirm the implants had fused (they had) and then they opened up the implant site - again after first injection was administered I did not feel anything! They opened up the implants, capped them and placed a stitch or two and then I returned the following day for stitches to be checked and the day after that for the implant rods to be fitted and then the crowns to be placed on top of the rods. All of this was again an easy process and went very well and again no pain although I was given tablets just in case. The rest of the holiday was for me to eat, drink and be merry (it was nearly Christmas) and after 2 rest days we returned home after 7 days of being in Antalya. I was soooooooo happy the works were all completed and within 4 months I now had/have a lovely looking full set of teeth and could smile again without covering my mouth. *Medication is provided by the dentist (unlike other dentists that I have read reviews of, where they send you away with a prescription to a local chemist, whilst being in pain! ) *Smile Dental provided my accommodation on my first visit in August (accommodation is provided if your treatment reaches a certain amount). This was La Siete hotel and is around 5-10 mins away from the dentist. *Smile dental provide pick ups to and from the airport and for all your trips back and forth to the dentist. *Smile Dentals staff are all amazing - so friendly, attentive and always ensuring you are ok and this includes your drivers who are always willing to go above and beyond. *The dentist building is amazing - so smart, so clean and you also have your own waiting room where you have a sofa, Netflix, Xbox and a fridge fully stocked with drinks. Nothing is too much for everyone at Smile Dental and I can honestly say I don't think 10/10 is a high enough score. I have to return before December 2023 for my year check up and it now feels like I will be returning to visit family/friends, rather than going to the dentist. If you are considering using Smile Dental then I can only advise you to no longer hesitate about it and just contact them, book your visit and go and get the works completed as you will not be disappointed. I am always receiving compliments about my teeth and people are always saying they look so natural (I went for Natural shape and IP3 colour). I think I have already referred around 10 people to Smile Dental and that doesn't include the family members who have already started their treatment with Smile Dental after seeing my amazing work. Apr 20,2023I spent so long looking for a dentist to choose as there is soo many. I chose smile based on the reviews and I am so happy I did. Everything was so easy and straight forward. They were all so lovely and my dentist was an absolute perfectionist, she spent hours making sure the appearance and bite of my teeth was accurate and wouldn’t let me leave till it was perfect. From the booking process to leaving it was faultless. I am so happy with my new smile and would 100% recommend this dentist. Thanks so much to you all.

Great hospitality was welcomed and run through everything before the procedure started. Got to go back in three months to finish the work and after the great first visit can’t be more excited for the second one. 👍🏻

Apr 18,2023Overjoyed with my whole experience and my beautiful new smile. Everyone has been fantastic, from first walking in the dentist, everyone made me feel relaxed and welcome. My dentist Emre was fabulous. In fact all staff were. It is sparkling, very clean! I can say hands down it’s the best dental experience I have ever had. The airport is around 20 mins drive, you get picked up by a driver, everyone at the hotel Is lovely too, Kim speaks English, amongst other languages, I was given a nice quiet room. I’ve felt safe throughout my whole experience, I came over my own. The dentist is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I would 100% recommend.

Apr 13,2023My first visit was in November 2022 to have the implants inserted. This visit was to have the crowns fitted to the implants. It was lovely to meet the team again, Deniz, Olga and Bianca. I can't remember all the names but thank you to everyone for looking after me. The treatment I received was second to none. I highly recommend Smile Dental Turkey.

Apr 12,2023First and foremost - it’s so bloody cheap! Was quoted 13k in for 15 veneers in LDN. Paid 4K for 26! It was the easiest, most chilled experience and probably should put 5 stars but the temp teeth I wore for 3 days were awful, but I recognise if they were better the price would be higher. The Dental team were amazing people, I didn’t get the vibe they were profit crazy. I felt like they cared about me and the experience in general. Antalya is great place too and also very cheap.

Apr 11,2023I’m usually good with words but feel that my experience with Smile Dental was like a dream. I have had alot problems with my teeth & had reservations about going to Turkey but what I was being quoted in Ireland was ridiculous. By some miracle I came across Smile Dental as I had been speaking with several dentists in Turkey and wasn’t happy with United crowns. I read the reviews on Smile Dental on trustpilot, messaged them & sent pics, a plan & price were given to me. I’m back from Turkey 2 days now and still can’t believe what an absolutely phenomenal experience I received while there. Bianca my translator was top class - friendly & amazing, the smile team are in different league, each and everyone of them were beyond superb. My dentist and her colleague listened to me & worked to give me a result that was the best I could’ve asked for. The clinic is beautiful & the transfers - fantastic and hotel was brilliant. I would be happy for anyone thinking of going to Smile Dental to message me and I’ll tell you what I had done privately but this is by far one of the best experiences ever. I’m just so so happy!! If this is something you are considering go no where else but here. Best decision I’ve made in a long time!

I cannot say that one was better than the other they were all amazing from the moment I've contact them until the end of my visit, very professional. The dentists are calm, patient, nice and they actually know what they are doing without rushing. Thanks to them i got the hope that I will smile again at the end of my journey, they've made everything seem so easy and whats most important without pain during the process and very little afterwards and they were always looking after me. I would highly recomend Smile Dental Clinic to everyone for they're professional services.

Apr 05,2023Excellent service from start to finish, I usually get very nervous when going to dentists and recently had to get a tooth removed in the UK, after looking around to find a dentist to fit an implant someone suggested I take a trip to Turkey, I did the usual review check of companies and got in touch with Smile Dental, from my initial message I was put at ease, a dentist called my and discussed the whole procedure, including times, costs and expectations, while on the call I also decided to get a deep clean and whitening. While discussing the travel arrangements with Smile Dental, they arranged all connections from airport to hotel and also from hotel to dentist which made everything easier. When I first walked into the building I was initially at ease, greeted by a Smile representative I was taken to my own private waiting room (complete with xbox & Netflix), we then discussed everything again and the treatment was started. The dentists and assistants once again went through the process with me before I sat in the chair, again helping with my nerves, the clean and whitening was done prior to the implant, fitting the implant surprisingly only took around 20-30 minutes and was completely painless (I didn't even feel the injections), due to having a few sensitive teeth I actually felt more discomfort getting them cleaned (very normal for me). Returning around 4 months later I had the crown fitted (and another clean) once again the experience was so professional with a personal greeting and discussion of the procedure, this visit required several planned visits for the crown to be made, fitted and adjusted, once again a completely painless experience. I'm back home now and the implant feels like it's always been there (having a missing tooth was getting annoying while eating), I would highly recommend Smile Dental to anyone thinking of any dental work in Turkey and going forward I will probably use them for routine checkups (and cleans) while taking a short holiday to Turkey as I've been let down too many times by my local dentist in the UK

It's amazing the service you give to your client’s and for the treatment is outstanding, it honestly puts uk clinics into shame. I went out to have a check up as I had all my treatment last year and you were outstanding. I honestly can't thank you enough. Dr Mehmet Fatih Özmen has carried out all my treatment, he's amazing dentist and his work is outstanding. He's seems to have a dry sense of humour but one day I might get him to smile one day lol. 😁😁😁 Thanks Alex

Apr 27,2023I went to smile dental in February and had a full set of veneers/crowns, plus bridges. I wanted to wait a couple of months before review to see how pain was etc. initially I had pain in some of my back teeth, this has now completely gone. I’ve been really happy with the result although do have some tenderness still only on one tooth. I want to go back to smile dental for a check up and will be going again this year
