May 25,2023Honestly I was reluctant to go to Turkey to have dental work done, But I with the current state of affairs in the UK and the prices attached with it, I thought it would be worth to try it. I was overwhelmed with the treatment and care they had given me, The work they did was magic & They made me feel comfortable all the way through, I could not recommend it any more highly!

May 21,2023I flew out this week on my own as my husband wasn’t able to make it, I wasn’t nervous and had no need to be. I was so well looked after from start to finish and felt safe, the team were on hand to support via messaging even when I was at the hotel. The whole place is fantastic, the clinic is state of the art, everything is sparklingly clean, the dentists are skilled and ensure everything with your end result is perfect. My teeth had begun to hold me back and my self esteem had plummeted, but the dental team at Smile Dental have now fixed that, I now have a beautiful smile again and most importantly it has been done rigorously and safely, by a skilled, trained and ultra professional team. I can’t recommend them highly enough, I did my research for a long time prior to flying out to Turkey and it paid off. If you need reassurance that you’re doing the right thing, you won’t look back. I would never have been able to afford this treatment in the UK and feel like my dental practice in the UK didn’t care, my teeth were too far gone, I felt like I’d been written off. If you’re in doubt, just go for it, out of all the dental clinics to choose from in Turkey, I’m glad I got so lucky and chose this one.

Transport from the airport to hotel to dental practice was always exactly on time. Hotel accommodation was adequate. Dental practice was state of the art. I am extremely happy with my new teeth & can't stop smiling 😁.

May 09,2023Found this clinic online and travelled from the UK to start treatment, received excellent care from the minute I arrived until the minute I left. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed and a detailed description of my treatment plan was given to me clearly and in an understanding manner. Most of the staff speak English which is helpful. Currently still going through treatment as I have to return in 8 weeks time. Possibly the one thing they could improve on is asking consent to do a photo shoot before and after, I understand it is to track a clients progress through all stages of treatment but this should be made optional and not mandatory.

May 08,2023Smile Dental were very professional throughout our journey together. As a 50 something ex smoker with pretty bad teeth, I was desperate to get something done to improve my smile. I nervously contacted smile dental via WhatsApp after a recommendation by a friend. After the initial consultation and an Xray (also arranged by smile dental in London) I received a full quotation and plan of the works that they proposed. Once I landed in Turkey I was collected from the airport and taken to our Hotel (also arranged by smile dental, and included in the price). The next morning I nervously got into the taxi and was taken to the beautiful modern surgery, I was met at the reception by Olga and Deniz who were very friendly and reassuring. After another X-ray I was shown to my own personal waiting room with a stocked fridge, tv, sofa etc. After the X-rays were viewed by my dentist I sat down with Deniz and he explained everything that they were proposing to do to me. As I needed 3 extractions he explained that I should wait 12 weeks for my gums to heal before I had the crowns fitted due to gum shrinkage. He said that although it could be done in one visit, that it wouldn't be correct and he doesn't advise it. So on the first visit I have teeth out and temporary crowns fitted. 12 weeks later I returned again still nervous but reassured by the staff and my patient coordinator Bianca. My teeth were prepared for the crowns on the Monday (my first day) and temporary crowns fitted the same day. Tuesday was a pain free day spent sightseeing in the old town. Wednesday was spent at the surgery with my amazing dentist Dr. Özlem Gültekinler and her wonderful assistant fitting my crowns and making any fine adjustments, then I returned to the surgery on Thursday to collect my retainers and have a final check. I am so so happy with my teeth and I cannot stress how professional smile dental were during the whole process, they were very reassuring and just a beautiful bunch of people who can't do enough for you. There were no nasty surprises or hidden charges the whole process was very transparent. Thank you Smile Dental! 🦷

May 03,2023Good communication from start to finish nothing is too much for them anything you need food/drink/transport too and from hotel honestly can not fault them 100% better care and quality then you receive back in the uk I was a little worried about the pain side of things but I can honestly say I took one painkiller over the full treatment crowns/implants ect very minimal pain definitely recommend

The team were so welcoming and respectful. My dentist Dr Fatma Uslu was so patient. She is so talented and friendly.
