Great service and expert treatment. I've been very well looked after. Hotel is comfortable and very clean. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. I had full mouth reconstruction and the results are fantastic. I cannot fault Smile Dental Turkey. All the staff are very attentative and attend to your needs. The dentist was very professional. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive beforehand. People ready to say they've heard bad things about being treated abroad. Well I shouldn't have been as the best dental care I've experienced, and to cap it all, saved me about £30k. What's not to like 🙂

COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND SCAM. Every bad review written here is 100% correct, their rebuttals published here are very much aligned with their communication with me on WhatsApp. I had service on 8/22/2022. One tooth fell out 2 days after final review. Had to pay to get it redone in Istanbul. Got to the USA three teeth came out. They tried to blame it on my rhinoplasty, told them that is BS. I had porcelain crowns for 13 years, done in the USA, not one ever fell out or caused any problems. They even had a hard time removing them that is how secure they were. I paid close to $2k getting these teeth put back in. The surgeon said they used the wrong cement, they are supposed to use Fuji for Zirconia crowns which they did not use. They asked that I return, they asked when, I said December. They offered $500 to offset the ticket. Then they said they were looking for a ticket, then weeks later they said I should look for the ticket, and at that time tickets were of $2k for economy. I flew to them and back in Business. There was no way I was going to pay for my flight, on top of the ~$2k I had already spent putting the teeth back. They changed dates and said come in Jan or Feb, I told them I am a corporate professional, I cannot just up and go, we agreed in writing that December was the window, now you are changing. They go for days without responding to messages and I continued to follow-up. By December end of 2022, they offered a full refund in exchange for terminating the warranty. The document was crap, I had to rewrite it, pertinent information was missing with I believe was part of the scam. It did not have a date of service, the amount paid, duration to process. I added the information and sent it back, they added the changes and I signed and sent it. The coordinator came back and said they cannot refund end of Dec, they can only do so in January after the accounting system. This was code word for, we want to meet our sales goal so if we refund you now, we are screwed! January came, everyday I get one email asking for SWIFT and IBAN. Every f day they ask for information I furnished them in December. Apparently it is not working, I asked them to send me a picture of the error code, they disappear and show up again the next day asking for the same information. It is now January 11th and still no refund. ALL THE INFORMATION is online. I gave them my account number, I asked that we get on a call with my bank so this can be sorted out. THEY F ING disappeared. Today I went to get the 4th tooth put back in, a bridge crown was removed and my tooth was decaying. The teeth have way too many spaces and are bulky so food continues to get stuck deep inside, corroding your bone. They saw that the tooth had a problem, did not notify me and put a crown. Now I paid $1500 to get the crown removed, drill the decay off, clean the inflammation because I could only eat with my right side as the left was not functioning anymore! I get one text asking for the same information at like 3:00AM my time, I respond when I wake up and they disappear and say they are done for the day. Note, I have had this account for 18 years and have received several wires from abroad and the information I gave people them worked fine. I also worked in banking and FOR A BANK and know my information very well, I told them they are BSing me now. I have to get all the teeth taken out, due to the decay on my tooth I have no idea what they covered up, the tooth decay and gum issues should have been fixed first by they never told me because they just wanted my money. They also extracted a tooth and put a bridge over it too soon, now I have this purple ring around that tooth because of inflamation, the gum needed to heal first then they would take the impression and put the crown, they just jammed it in just 2 days after taking it out. Between the crows there is space and I could feel air bubbles, turns out they screwed up the spacing and installation, for now I have a water pick which I use to pressure out any food caught in there. Long story short, my mouth decaying and going bad thanks to Smile Dental. Save yourself, get teeth in reputable countries with real proof of success. I plan to warn as many people as possible of this scam, it is absolutely vulgar that they waste your time and money and try to act like you are the problem. I gave feedback that, it is now clear the person doing the wires does not know how, or you are lying that they are even trying to give me back my money. I have made a couple of reports and submitted all the communication, DO NOT USE THEM, I am not just an angry customer trying to get a free deal, I've had crowns way before they became a thing through Instagram or whatever social media is used to recruit people in to these things, they really screwed up my teeth. I cancelled by birthday and Christmas due to the missing tooth, I look awful and it is embarrassing.

I was very self conscious about my teeth from childhood, as due to being given a particular medication as a toddler, my adult tooth enamel didn't form properly. The NHS removed two layers, to remove stripes of enamel & gave me 2 veneers over the 2 worst teeth. I was never happy. My teeth were an awful colour. I was very unsure about having such invasive treatment, but decided at 41 to just bite the bullet! PRO'S: The service/people at SMILE are lovely. You get your own room, & are treated very well. All pick ups & everything were reliable. My teeth look fantastic! & I get a lot of complements :-). CON'S. Once I was healed, & got used to the feeling of my new teeth, I noticed that one crown was CHUNKY, & another didn't quite meet the gum line, so I could feel the top edge. It was quite stressful, trying to get them to honor their 1 Yr guarantee, & book me in for rectification. Original work was Sept/Oct 21. I eventually returned mid June 22. Flights paid for by SMILE. They replaced the crown that didn't meet the gumline, BUT refused the replace the chunky one (top right, 2nd tooth from front) saying it had to be like that. I'm sure this is NOT the case, & this SHOULD have been covered in my consultation. Also note, that UNLIKE other clinics whose patients I spoke to on both trips, SMILE use DOUBLE crowns. So 20 crowns is just 10 pieces. I believe this is a cost cutting measure, & not in a patients best interests. Finally, ever since having my 20 (or 10) crowns fitted, & both upper & lower gums re contoured, I have suffered with sore & bleeding gums. It's intermittent, but getting worse. If you have nice teeth, but just want what you perceive to be perfection? DON'T DO IT. You will likely REGRET it, & will NEVER get back what you had. My teeth were BAD. So I don't regret it, BUT I am worried about the future.

I searched for my treatment online but it’s good that a friend’s colleague has been in Smile Dental and assured me that they are doing good and satisfied with the outcome. So here I am had my second visit the first one was 6 months ago. First I had implants wherein I had swelling and bruising but that is to be expected. Then this time for the crown and bridge to put in. And I must say that the treatment was superb. They’ve met what I have expected. I am enjoying the new me with beautiful smile. The most important thing to put in mind is to trust them cos they know what they’re doing. I am thankful and grateful to Dr. Mustafa, his assistant and the whole team. Continue the good work and spread the positive vibes.

After being quoted silly Money in the uk or being written off with dentures at my age (65) I researched on here and I’m so glad I did , and so glad I chose smile dental , from the moment we arrived we was looked after, and treated like VIPs , taken to the hotel which was fabulous and picked up the next morning to be taken to the clinic , on arrival the whole team are fantastic they treat you like friends, put you at ease and discuss your treatment, they listened to me and it’s not all about the money with them as after discussion they recommend the best options for me and it actually worked out over £1,200 cheaper than I’d been initially quoted , I spent every day for 5 days in the clinic and was always treated like a friend , I had 3 extractions a bridge and 16 crowns , all the dentist are perfectionist and that’s why I had 5 visits because she wasn’t happy initially with the fit , so another set was made till every thing was perfect. I can’t thank Denis and his team enough and I can’t praise them any highly, so if your hesitating please don’t you will be more than looked after

I travelled alone to Antalya in 2021 to have dental implants after grinding my teeth during lockdown. From the moment I arrived I was looked after so well. Private transfer with a beautiful hotel. This year I returned to have my implants but ended up having a whole new smile. Smile dental staff are warm and welcoming and put you at ease with your own personal pod with xbox, netflix etc. The treatment is second to none and the detail they put into each person is unique. I am over the moon with my smile and highly recommended anyone thinking about a smile makeover. It's life changing 🙌

So impressed with smile dental from beginning to end. Had 2 implants and 4 new teeth over two separate visits. Communication was brilliant from the start and throughout. Everthing explained fully during all the treatment. Extremely professional with state of the art technology with 5 star treatment at the clinic. Highly recommend.

After a lot of research I settled on Smile Dental for my smile makeover and I’m so glad I did. From the minute I contacted them to the day I walked out of the clinic, they we attentive, kind and caring. I asked lots of questions which were encouraged, nothing was too much trouble. They explained fully what I needed and how this would be achieved. They checked on me throughout and have been contacting me afterwards to check all is still okay, which is it. All the staff from patient coordinators to the dentists and surgeons are fabulous and really made me feel at ease. Choose Smile Dental you will not be disappointed!

Went to smile dental in may and back in november Was treated very well by all the staff who were very friendly and helpful Whole experiance was great from 1st minute i stepped into the clinic. I was losing teeth due to receding gums because of smoking,i went to the dentist in Glasgow but the price was crazy so looked into Turkey and went for it,actually wish i,d done it 10 years ago I cant fault the smile dental , they were great . If anyone asked about going to smile dental i,d say go for it they are good people who look after you 👍

Smile Dental gave me ugly crowns and gum disease. Before visiting I had crooked teeth with an overbite, and while Smile Dental made my teeth straight they made the overbite so much worse and the crowns they gave me are ugly and way too big for my mouth. They did warn me that they couldn’t completely fix the overbite but they did not tell me that they would make it worse. The crowns they gave me are so big and blocky and look like horse teeth. My overbite was made so much worse, the premolars are totally smooth (lacking the + shape real premolars have), the front crowns are really thick and they’re opaque which makes them look fake. The crowns are joined together which makes me unable to clean between them. They were whiter than the color I picked and when I pointed this out I was told that it was the same color and he laughed at me. They tried to convince me to like them, showing me pictures of my old teeth and saying that at least they were better than that, however in my opinion the crowns look so much worse. They made me two more sets but both of them had all of the same problems that the first had except the color was better (but still not the color I asked for). While at first all the staff here had been so nice and welcoming to me, once I had a problem with the crowns they all became very cold towards me and by my last visit I felt very unwelcome. The dentist especially became pretty aggressive towards me. I was given a partial refund since I was so unhappy. Within the first month three of the crowns broke. The crowns are also super uncomfortable, it feels like I have a mouthguard in all the time. I became extremely depressed because of how bad I look. I rarely leave the house now and if I have to talk to someone I put my hand over my mouth. I have since visited two different dentists in the UK and they both agreed with me that the crowns are too big and unattractive. They said I have gum disease (which I had never experienced before coming to Turkey) that was caused by the crowns being joined together. They also said they were placed too far under the gum which is also contributing to the infection. I am currently in the process of having all of my crowns replaced with smaller, natural looking, higher quality crowns, which is costing me at least £23,000. Update: Two different dentists have told me that these crowns are the cause of my current dental issues. The reason the work was not finished was because of how unhappy I was with the 3 sets of crowns they had offered me and I was leaving Turkey the next day so there was no time to do any further work. I asked for them to be cemented temporarily so I could get them replaced at a dentist in the UK, which I am currently trying to do. I am not accusing Smile Dental of anything, I’m just giving a review of my experience here. I wanted to point out that this isn’t always the right solution if you’ve got an overbite or crooked teeth and somebody else could learn from my mistake.
