Nov 09,2022From start to finish the care, support and treatment I received from every single member of staff was exceptional, I can't put into words how comfortable and safe they made me feel. Due to how invasive my treatment was, admittedly there was times when I was uncomfortable and in pain but I was looked after terrifically and made to feel at ease. Before the beginning of my treatment I was very anxious and apprehensive however as soon as I stepped foot into the clinic those feelings went away due to the calmning atmosphere in the clinic. The standards in the clinic are excellent, it is clean, comfy and you want for nothing as they supply you with the necessities for a very comfortable visit. I couldn't praise the clinic and the staff more and I will spend the rest of my days singing their praises and recommending them to everyone I meet. You've truly changed my life, thank you Smile!

Nov 05,2022Trust me these guys know what they are doing! Professional, Ethical, Honest, Clean, Courteous, Friendly, and any other complimentary word you could use to describe how hard working these guys are, and i mean all of them. From the Drivers to the reception, Photographer, Radiographer, Dental assistants, the Dentist, the Dental Surgeon, and of course Deniz. I had full set of Crowns and 7 Implants, I will be honest it is not pain free. However i personally do not have a high pain threshold. But considering what i had done i was minuscule. It took 2 visits 4 months apart, its now nearly a month since i have returned back to the UK and there have been zero problems. What i am getting used to is how to floss effectively as i had never done this before (loads of vids on youtube) so i am now better at it. I have never been to Turkey before so i was a bit apprehensive, Well i will be making this my first choice destination when we go on holidays, the people are so kind and decent and clean, thoughtful and genuine. LOVE TURKEY Thanks again guys so much.

Nov 04,2022It's difficult to know what to say that hasn't already been expressed by the 500+ glowing reviews before me, but I will say possibly the most remarkable thing is that every single staff member - from the chap who greeted me at the airport in the middle of the night, right through to the surgeons and dental team - were always so happy, smiley and helpful. Anyone who has ever worked in customer facing roles knows how much energy it requires to be 100%, all the time. We all have off days, right? Well, not these guys. They must really love their job. Their enthusiasm and positive vibes are truly infectious and I think even if I wasn't having dental work done I would have walked out of there with a big grin on my face. I want to say a personal thank you to Dr Sule Anaturk for her patience with me, her kindness, and the extraordinary dedication and hard work she put in to a perfect end result. It's been a few weeks and now I'm feeling really comfortable, I can't quite believe how amazing my teeth look. I'm totally pain free now all my previous dental problems have been solved. I'll be forever grateful. Thank you. All the patient coordinators, Bianca in particular, you are all amazing. Thank you for being so kind and ordering me food when I hadn't eaten in too long, and looking after me and keeping me calm when I was nervous about the treatment ahead. I wish my face wasn't so numb while I was there, I would have loved to say a proper thank you to everyone! So, for those thinking about making a visit of your own... The short version; absolutely go for it. Everything you've read in these positive reviews is accurate. I'll share a little bit about my situation just in case there's anyone reading this who might be in a similar situation. I hadn't visited the dentist in around 20 years, maybe longer. I'm 35 now and have suffered with dental pain since my wisdom teeth started coming through. They created a lot of overcrowding, meaning my teeth were really wonky, particularly on the bottom. I also had a deep overbite. The teeth next to my wisdom teeth had gradually cracked and fallen apart thanks to the overcrowding and I was left with stumps there in various stages of decay. I had a big flare up in one of them recently which made my life hell which ultimately led to me looking for a solution. I knew I would need these teeth (or what was left of them) extracted as I had bad infections underneath. I looked for emergency dentists in my area and was told I couldn't be seen for 3 months, even for a consultation. Looking ahead, I knew treatment would be extremely expensive, especially if I were to go private. I couldn't wait around anymore because the infections and pain were getting beyond uncomfortable, they were dangerous. I went on a google deep dive and didn't have to look too hard to find Smile Dental. The prospect of getting all the necessary remedial work done to my teeth as well as having a perfect smile at the end of it... all within a week... seemed way too good to be true, especially at the prices offered in Turkey vs UK or where I live now in France. I knew I'd wait months, maybe years, and spend much more money just getting my teeth fixed at home, or I could fly out to Turkey and get it all done in a matter of days. So I took some embarrassing photos of my teeth and reached out via WhatsApp. Honestly, that was the hardest part. If you can do that, you're well on your way. The team reviewed my photos but rightly didn't want to commit too much to a treatment plan until they had done the necessary scans and inspections on my first day there. However, what they originally quoted me was right on the money. Communication about my options (and what was likely or realistic given my situation) was super clear and they accounted for all possibilities before I made the trip. There was one additional, unexpected cost but it was very minor. It's worth noting that the more out of shape your teeth are, the more invasive the procedure is likely to be. I needed significant gum contouring on the bottom row, and some on the top. This, alongside the filing of the teeth on the bottom row led to a nerve being left close to being exposed on one of my bottom, front teeth. My dentist advised this would be possible beforehand, and that an additional root treatment may be necessary, which turned out to be the case. It was only 60 euro, and they didn't charge me for the top contouring anyway, so I saved money overall. This nerve being exposed made my day with temp teeth a living hell. I didn't reach out for help, but I absolutely should have. The second I said I wasn't doing well, every team member rushed to make things better and I was soon on the mend and eating again. I've written enough. It's a dream come true to have teeth so perfect, and I'm not scared of the dentist anymore. I can't wait to go back for a checkup. Thanks for everything! - Andy x

Nov 01,2022I am a very, very anxious patient when it comes to the dentist, I also suffer with bad gag reflex and acid reflux (which results in me having to swallow more than normal). Being a private patient here in the UK I hadn't been for a couple of years (Pre Covid), and I'd had to use at-home temporary filling kits in one my teeth, I needed quite a bit of work doing including the replacement of some 20 year old upper front crowns. Post Covid I tried to register with an NHS dentist to keep costs down but there was no availability in the many that I tried. So, this past year in every spare hour that I had, I started researching dentistry abroad, I literally scoured through many, many dentists and omg hundreds of reviews - I mean hundreds if not thousands Lol!! I then came across Smile Dental and after reading reviews, looking at the dental facilities, watching you tube reviews, I was convinced Smile Dental were top of their game! and also within an area I felt comfortable with after many a holiday to Antalya. So, without hesitation I made contact with them and asked any questions to the Co-ordinators, I sent copies of my recent xrays that I had done here in the UK, sent pictures of my teeth and was provided with a treatment plan and costing. They were offering free accommodation but I decided to book my own hotel to make a holiday out of it at the same time. Transfers are provided from airport to hotel - from hotel to dentist and finally back to the airport. I am a nervous flyer but travelled alone and landed on a Thursday evening, Friday morning I was picked up by a wonderful driver and was provided with a room for the day, I had x-rays and was examined by an oral surgeon and my treatment plan was discussed and confirmed, I ended up having more than originally planned to accommodate a better smile line and bite function - 26 crowns, Gum contouring and 1 extraction, next you go and see the accountant and pay for your treatment, go back to your comfortable room with, netflix, x-box, mini bar and a comfy sofa and then head off to have your before photo's taken, a short time afterwards you begin your tooth shaving, which for me was several hours as I had the removal of my existing crowns and the preparation of the rest. I found it a little uncomfortable at times with me having to keep swallowing and the added embarrassment of chewing on my dentist fingers whilst completely numbed up and feeling like the elephant man but it was soon over with, you then wait in your room for a couple of hours for them to make some temporary plastic teeth, they also provide you with some sensitive gel, pain killers, toothbrush and toothpaste and then I was taken back to my hotel till the Monday (2 days rest). Honestly though, the plastic teeth are horrible and not at all comfortable - my bottom set came loose back at the hotel and every time I spoke they were moving up and down like a set of falsies and popping out into my bowl of soup in the restaurant - like a seen from Mrs Doubtfire! lol. I could have messaged the dentist to go and have them re-set but I just wanted to chill and enjoy the hotel facilities. Your contacted on WhatsApp the day prior to confirm your appointment time and picked up again by the fabulous drivers. On the Monday I was in having my new teeth fitted, it was quite painful and uncomfortable at times having them in and out to get the fit right, I'm probably more pain sensitive than most and I guess some will be pain free but OMG it's so worth it, when you look in the mirror and see what magic they have performed it's such an unreal moment, it's life changing!!! For the next couple of days, you check your bite and go back to have any adjustments done, if any! and a final check up and aftercare advise. You are given a mouth guard to wear at night and the option to purchase an additional one, which I took the offer of so I don't have to pay the expense back in the UK in several months time. I'm terrible remembering names but I would like to thank each and everyone of the staff at Smile Dental because they are all fabulous and all do such an amazing job individually and as a team. A MASSIVE thank you guys!!!! If you're thinking of having any dental work done, please don't hesitate to contact this wonderful, spotlessly clean clinic and start your journey to a more affordable smile make-over! You won't be disappointed. I've already passed your details on to 2 people who are hopeful of coming to see you in the New Year! And you'll also have me back in clinic in the New Year when my husband comes for some minor restorations. I can't think of any criticism only perhaps for me and any other overly nervous patients whom shake like leaves falling from trees in the midst of a hurricane lol is for an occasional pat on the shoulder during treatment to acknowledge that your doing well or half way through/nearly there etc KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!

Oct 22,2022I want to preface this with saying that my review of Smile Dental is an absolutely positive one, like most other people I have been considering dental treatment for a long time to get that perfect smile you see in movies. Now I live in the UK and dental treatments here are notoriously expensive as some of you might know, after getting a few quotes ranging from £20K to £26K for the full treatment, I started to look online for cheaper alternatives. After hours of research and countless reviews I stumbled across Smile Dental and decided to reach out to them which was followed by a prompt response with a rough estimate of the cost. Happy with the quote I proceeded to book the flight tickets to Turkey for the week (09.10.22 – 16.10.22) and waited for the day of my flight to Antalya. From the moment I landed I was greeted by a driver who then took me to my hotel and was informed that he will be there to pick me up tomorrow morning ready to go to the clinic. While in the clinic the doctor had an extensive look at my teeth and advised on what should be done. Now I originally planned to do 20 crowns but as per the doctors advise I ended up going with 24 as some of my teeth were sensitive and would be better off covered by the crowns. I was then provided with a wide selection of shapes and colours to choose from, In the end I went with the most expensive ones (Zirconium Porcelain Crowns) which at that point I was given a finalised quote which came to £4750 followed by a 5% discount and an additional 10% if paid in cash. Including the hotel, the total came out to be £4043 which is a marginal improvement of what I would’ve paid in the UK. With the Payment out of the way they proceeded to shave my teeth which was a painless procedure as I was provided with plenty of anaesthesia and was given temporary plastic teeth. The next day I went out to the beach to enjoy the nice 28-degree weather while I was waiting for the teeth to be made. The following day I went back to the clinic for the first trial to see if everything fits and looks good, I ended up requesting for the teeth to be a shade darker as I wanted a more natural look. Over the course of the next few days, I had a few more trials to make sure that everything was perfect, at times I had to wait at the clinic for the adjustments to the crowns to be made which was made bearable by a wide selection of entertainment (Netflix, Xbox) and having a driver to take me to the city shopping centre and back. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, which was made very easy by the supportive and friendly staff, there was almost no language barrier as everyone speaks good English. It has been a week now since I’ve come back and I’m incredibly happy with the results, for anyone who is hesitant or anxious don’t be, the level of friendliness and support provided by Smile Dental is exceptional. I can’t be more happy 😃😃😃

Immaculate premises, staff so friendly and welcoming, especially the fabulous driver Metin! Such a great guy and fun! from the main man, down to the cleaning staff nothing is too much trouble. My treatment has been pain free whilst in the chair and afterwards. To anyone thinking of coming to Turkey for dental work, your search is over! Go with smile, you will not regret it! I promise you! I will be back next year to complete my treatment and I just cannot wait to see the end results! Keep smiling! Oct 14,2022I had the best experience with Smile dental team. The clinic is beautiful, clean and so comfortable. I was not in pain during the treatment or after. Everything was covered medication, transport to appointment and back, hotel any questions where answered. I love my smile makeover my teeth looks so natural and beautiful even if they’re not finished yet. Honestly I cannot wait to go back as i had a beautiful holiday also. I would advise anybody to just contact them and let your smile journey begin.

Oct 12,2022I visited smile dental in Antalya for treatment in September. I was in a lot of pain in the UK with an abscess and my quote for the treatment in the UK was a lot of money so I started looking at options abroad. I looked at a lot of different clinics and came across smile dental. I read hundreds of reviews which helped me to make my decision to take the plunge and go for it. Communication was great and really quick. I didn’t go solely for cosmetic work as I know a lot of people do in Turkey, I went for treatment due to issues and had the following: - Root canal treatment on 4 teeth - Amalgam (metal) fillings removed and replaced with white ones - Night guard fitted due to bruxism They managed to fit me in really quickly, I first spoke with them on the Tuesday and arrived in Turkey on Sunday! I didn’t use the transport that the clinic provide to and from the airport as I booked this as part of my holiday package but it was offered to me which I think is brilliant. Once I arrived in Turkey I received an email letting me know that my first appointment would be the next day and that my transport would collect me from my hotel. My transport was on time, clean and comfortable. If it was ever running late I had an email to let me know. I had a couple of drivers over the course of my treatment but mainly had the most lovely guy Metin. Honestly he is so lovely and friendly it was a pleasure travelling with him to and from my appointments. The clinic is just incomparable to anything I have experienced in the UK. Spotlessly clean, modern, spacious, the list goes on! All of the staff are so friendly and made me feel welcome. You get your own waiting room with Tv, drinks etc and there is also a lovely area outside where I enjoyed getting some sun when waiting. On my first visit I had a consultation which was thorough and the equipment was all modern and amazing. Everything was carefully explained to me. I can be an anxious and indecisive person and when I asked for some time to think they were so relaxed and said I could have much time as I need as it’s my treatment and my choice which made me feel really comfortable. On my first day they gave me antibiotics and pain relief for my abscess and would check between appointments that I had everything that I needed. I started treatment the same day as my consultation. I met my dentist, Dr Sule Anatürk and she was amazing. So lovely and reassuring. She played music while I had my treatment which helped me to feel more relaxed. There were appointments when I was there for 3-4 hours with my mouth wide open and she would stop to massage my jaw which was very sweet. Whenever there were any difficulties with the language barrier there was always someone who could step in to help out so I always knew what was going on and any questions were answered. I could go on and on. I was so impressed and so so glad that I went to this clinic! My only regret was not going sooner as I’d been in pain for weeks at home trying to decide what to do. My treatment plus an all inclusive week in Turkey cost about a third of what I was quoted in the UK and that didn’t even include having the metal fillings replaced. I would recommend to anyone. I need to go back in 3-6 months once the root canal has healed for crowns and look forward to returning to this lovely clinic.
