Aug 02,2022Well what can I say, I don’t think any words will do the place or the people the justice it deserves. I did a lot of research before I decided on Smile Dental but the deciding factor was the reviews on here so it’s only right that I should write my own review. I was so nervous about the procedure that there was so many times I really did want to run but so glad I didn’t, my only regret now is that I didn’t do it sooner. I did try to do this in the UK but I honestly couldn’t afford it, I had a brace a couple of years ago which really didn’t do anything From the very first message you know you will be looked after, I sent pictures across and was then given the recommended treatment and price. The first morning I was collected by Metin who quickly became my favourite driver, he drove me to the practice and what a practice it was. Gleaming white marble with state of the art equipment, you are taken to a private room which is yours for the duration of your stays. What beats all of this is the staff they have. You are honestly treated like royalty and nothing is too much trouble, my dentist Mustafa and patient coordinator Deniz were unbelievable, I honestly got the impression that they wanted me to be happy with everything and would make any NEC Cesar you changes to make that happen. So to the actual treatment, I had 20 crowns and really wasn’t that bad and this is coming from someone who felt their heart was going to jump out their chest they was that panicked. They have a gel so you don’t really feel the injections and the filing down is painless, there is sensitivity afterwards and your mouth does feel very weird until the numbness goes. My only recommendation is to try and eat a big breakfast as it’s a long day and you won’t want to eat once everything starts. After that I had several sittings, the first sitting I went with my partner who wanted his teeth whitening and this is where this practice really comes into their own, they advised him not to have this done and charged him nothing for the consultation, they also saw things on my sittings that I didn’t so would send them back to the lab for changes. At the end I had my perfect smile, I never ever thought I would have teeth like this, they are so natural looking and I’ve gone from trying to hide my teeth to constantly wanting to show them off. If your thinking of doing it then go for it, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made and can guarantee you will get very looked after with this practice.

Aug 02,2022Despite my fear of getting work done I decided to do it and contacted them by what’s app. All my questions were answered and the whole plan explained to me. Being treated for 5 days and there is no complain. All the staff were very welcoming and smiling took a great care of me. My transfer and hotel was also provided for me which made my whole experience stress free. I didn’t find and fault and has already recommended to friends. Thank you Smile Dental for my smile.

Jul 27,2022I arrived in Antalya and I was delayed getting out of baggage collection by an hour so I was worried that my pickup wasn’t going to be there but he was. The pick-up was a nice car though I didn’t really speak to the driver all too much. Checking into the provided hotel was incredibly easy and straight forward, the hotel is a nice little place right next to bars and restaurants with the staff being lovely. I met some great people at the hotel who were in different stages of their treatment and not one of them had a bad thing to say. The clinic will text you the day before for your pickup time from the hotel and you will be picked up and driven straight there, the clinic itself isn’t too far from the hotel provided. When I first went through the door I was feeling tons of anxiety and stress but it just began to melt away the longer I stayed and spoke with people. It starts with someone showing you to your private room with a mini fridge, Netflix and an Xbox, the initial introduction with the staff member waiting for me as I came in is what really put me at ease. The clinic has really good Wi-Fi too and from there you will wait to go for your x rays, once they’re done you go back to your room and wait for your consultation to discuss what work needs doing and the options you would like. The procedure isn’t too bad, the actual filing down of the teeth you don’t feel it as much in certain areas I had slight pain but I believe that was sensitivity from the air being sucked up, I also had a couple of extractions and they were relatively painless too. My tattoos hurt more than the actual procedure and the staff are brilliant all throughout. Afterwards you do feel kind of sore though it’s nowhere near the levels of toothache, it’s more akin to being uncomfortable than in true pain. The temporary teeth are rather uncomfortable though not painful, mine were a bit too big for my mouth so it made talking and the like a bit awkward. The process of installing your permanent crowns is a very in depth one with a few trial fittings and you can discuss what you do and don’t like, if anything you think needs to be adjusted. I decided to drop a shade because I thought mine looked too white and they were extremely understanding with that. The end result is honestly amazing and a few hours after having them done there’s basically no pain only slight soreness. All in all I would definitely recommend you to come out if you’re on the fence about the whole thing, I’ve met some wonderful people and feel so much happier.

Jul 27,2022Came over from England with my girlfriend and auntie last week. From start to Finnish these guys looked after all three of us and treated us like royalty. Airport pick up was first class easy to find the driver as he was holding up a sign with our names on. First visit to the dentist ( private vip pick up in a brand new Mercedes van) we got out and everyone was so lovely everyone introduced themselves and made us feel very relaxed and calm. Consultation was amazing and easy everyone speaks brilliant English witch really does make you feel very relaxed. First day work stated had my teeth shaved down and temporary’s fitted and even back to the hotel for a sunbathe. Hotel is also lovely and filled with people all having work done we all at uk together and was like having a mini extended family for the week. Couple of days later we went back to have our crowns checked for any adjustments and then they where fitted the next day with a final check up on the second to last day before we flew back to Bristol. These guys are the best around, I even opted for a type of crown that was £700 more but the dentists advised not to as they would be super super white. And I am glad I listened as I have OM1 witch is still super white but not over the top. They look after you and will not stop unless everyone is happy. So glad I took the plunge and booked. 5* loved the experience. And lastly there are some lovely restaurants around the hotel that are amazing and if you have time please check out the cable cars at the other end of the city as the view is breathtaking. I am so pleased with the work I had done, my only regret is why not sooner! I have always wanted a nice smile and teeth and they made my dream come true

Jul 21,2022I'm so glad I picked smile dental to have my dental work done . They were so friendly and very Informative which put me at ease as I was a bit nervous. The place itself was so nice very modern and clean and you have your own room with netflix and drinks while your waiting. I have to say I had very minimal pain and they were very quick. Any changes I wanted to make thet were very accommodating and happy to do so. And a big shout out to Metin my driver he was absolutely lovely so chatty and friendly ! My experience was amazing I highly recommend them

Jul 21,2022My experience at Smile Dental Turkey was amazing! From the day I first messaged them they were quick to reply with the information about the procedure, costs, transfers and hotel. I instantly booked my flights and was greeted by a representative at the airport who took me to my hotel which was overlooking the sea and in a great location. You meet people from all over the world at the hotel who are having dental work so if you’re alone you’ll make friends straight away. The dental practice itself is clean, tidy and everyone is professional and speak great English. Once you’ve got to the practice you’ll be welcomed with open arms and taken to your own private air conditioning room with a mini bar, TV with Netflix and game console. The consultation was great, their attention to detail was outstanding! All the work carried out there is 5 star and you are looked after the whole time. The results speak for themselves😁 I’m from the UK and this is my dentist for the foreseeable future.

Jul 20,2022Didn't know what to expect traveling to Turkey to improve my smile and dental health. I had never been happy with the appearance my teeth but during the covid years things got worse. My dentist started a root canal then stopped, twice! Unfortunately this meant that the tooth became discoloured and looked awful and it was one of my front teeth! I researched extensively and decided Turkey was the best place to get treatment, not least as the UK has become prohibitively expensive. Next trustpilot led me to Smile Dental Turkey. Initially I had lots of contact by whattsapp and they arranged an x-ray in the UK and arranged accomodation for me in Turkey (included in the quote). I arrived in turkey late last Friday night with my partner who came along to give me support and we were met at the airport by their driver. The first consultation was at 9am on Saturday ( yes Saturday!) I was super nervous but was met by one of Smiles' drivers Metin, what a lovely man. When we arrived at the clinic we were greeted by Zube and shown to our private waiting room offered drinks and could have had food but we'd already eaten. Zube explained the process in such a kind way, which really helped put me at ease. Next to the photo studio for some "before" pics next was some scans and X rays followed by a dental exam with Dr. Ugur. Then a consultation with Dr Ugar and Deniz which was a really pleasant two way process where they made recommendations and listened to my thoughts. We settled on extensive dental crowns with a bridge and root canal treatments, I also asked them to replace some amalgam fillings with white ones. They explained how it would all work and the costs which were very much in line with what I'd been quoted. The work started almost straight away, first day preparing for crowns then chilling in the lovely private waiting room. I also had two root canals done by Dr Sule. They made some temporaries within a couple of hours which they fitted for me the same day. The process continued on Tuesday with the first trials of my real crowns, during this process they found I needed another root canal. Their specialist did this within an hour. Today (Weds) they completed the work improving the function and bite of the crowns and taking final scans and studio "after" pics. A few things to mention: The clinic - beautiful, modern, luxurious and clinically CLEAN! The organisation - Absolutely amazing, everything clearly explained. ALL the staff we came into contact with, all mentioned plus Jan, AJ and the lovely Irem Bianca. Plus others who I don't know their names. Everyone looks happy to work there and genuinely happy to help. The equipment - state of the art. The service - make you feel like you are a VIP but also that they are really good friends. Truly a first class service. Efficiency- nothing is rushed it's not finished until the patient is happy yet it's super quick!! Satisfaction - if complications do arise they will fix them, fly you back if needed. Lastly it was my husband's birthday while we were in the clinic, they bought him a cake! Ever seen that from a dentist surgery? If you are thinking of coming here, don't think twice, do it! You won't regret it and you will leave with the most beautiful smile but also they focus on function, THE most important thing to them, very reassuring. Thank you Smile team my teeth are amazing and I really really enjoyed the whole experience. I couldn't have afforded this in the UK and now I have the smile I always wanted and wonderful oral health.

Their hospitality and their amazing dental work was easily 5+ star service! I am soooo grateful for my new teeth! With all the issues that I had with my teeth, the amazing dental work that was performed on me was a borderline miracle! Everyone from the hotel staff, to the drivers, and all of the staff at Smile Dental Turkey were simply the best! I came here all the way from Seattle, Washington (USA). I did my research, and there are many dental clinics in Antalya and Istanbul. However, I am 100% sure that Smile Dental Turkey is the absolute best dental clinic in all of Turkey! Jul 18,2022This was the best decision ever. I was unhappy with my dentist visits here at home as financially it was off putting for what you were getting. I went online looking for dentist overseas and found alot but choose Smile Dental Turkey, looked through the reviews and decided straight away they were the one. Upon first contact via email it was absolutely on point..really quick response and it was a Sunday so was surprised they responded. Everything from there was very very good. Polite...Great customer service and that's from everyone right down to reception staff...client coordinator to the dentist themselves. They made sure I was happy and satisfied with every decision made gave advise where necessary but allowed me to make final decisions. The price quoted went up a bit once there but that's because I opted for implants instead of dentures. My smile is not finished but very confident in Smile to complete the job at top quality. I was given hotel for 5 days a driver to pick me up on arrival at airport n for all appointments they also were great can't say enough about this experience. I would and have recommended Smile Dental Turkey to friends. Thanks to the Team🙏👍

Jul 15,2022I had my teeth done at Smile dental turkey 2 weeks ago today. I had 28 Zirconium crowns. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and they make you feel welcome. The clinic is very hi tech and super clean. You get your own room to use for your appointments, with a mini fridge full of soft drinks, smart TV & Xbox. Coffee offered and food if you wish. They arrange all you transfers to and from your appointments and the drivers are very nice. I would highly recommend Smile Dental and would not hesitate to return. Thank you for giving me my smile back :)

Had a previous bad experience of dental tourism in Hungary so took several months to make my decision to book up to have implants and crowns and potential bone grafts The clinic is state of the art and the icing on the cake are the staff they are so attentive and caring. There professionalism and attention to detail was amazing especially the dentist and the dental surgeon both were very patient I have a bad gag reflex they were so kind. had a quote for £12500 in the UK, the Smile dental invoice was less than £2000… A lot of the work the UK dentist had quoted me for was not deemed necessary like bone grafts. I met many people staying at the hotel who all had positive comments about smile dental. Will have no hesitation in recommending them and look forward to getting my work completed there in October

Jul 13,2022After spending a lot of time researching dentists I came across Smile Dental Turkey I contacted them via wats app from the first contact with them they made me feel at ease after I sent pics of my teeth they told me the recommended treatment and the cost, It was so much cheaper than the uk, So I booked my flights and travelled to Antalya very nervous but from the moment I landed the experience started from pick up at the airport my own name board and mini bus driver she was lovely took me to the hotel which was very, nice and friendly staff, the next day pick up from hotel and taken to Smile dental from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the Coordinators, Deniz, Can, AJ, Zubi, Olga, Bianca they were so nice friendly and welcoming I got on so well with them all really miss these guys, the dental surgery inside was amazing WOW the equipment they have was unreal state of the art, After the consultation your treatments starts I met my dentist Mustafa he was so fantastic and very professional he done an outstanding job I had dental work first to make sure I have no problems before I have my 29 crowns fitted this was over several days the hole procedure was almost painless, and deniz was always there every step of the way to help you and make you feel comfortable so professional as was everyone. I had my own room at the dentist to help you relax with a large settee Netflix's as much pop n water as I wanted they even got us pizza I offered to pay but no they paid for that also I was taken back and forwards from dentist to hotel by Metin such a lovely happy guy. On the day of my final fitting I arrived at the dental surgery to big happy smiles from the staff who I had got to know really well, once my crowns were fitted I was blown away I could not stop smiling my confidence is unreal I am so happy with my amazing new teeth and smile before I decided to have my teeth done I never smiled I just didn't like showing my teeth they were crooked and stained I am 49 but now omg I am so so happy with my new smile I could continue to write more great things about my experience It was just fantastic from start to finish I TOTAL 100% RECOMEND SMILE DENTAL ANTALYA YOU ARE ALL AMAZING THANKYOU SO SO MUCH
