I found it extremely difficult, disappointing and challenging trying to find the name of the Customer Service Manager or even a direct communication line to someone who's job was to deal with complaints. All I was told was it's NOT company policy to give any information.......I find that strange

After a previous company closing down and desperately needing new retainers I contacted smailepath and had no issues in them getting me some new retainers. They sent everything to my house and was very easy to use.

My partner and I reached out to smile path for our night time aligners to keep our teeth in place after the company we used to straighten our teeth went bankrupt. Smile path was very professional and responsive. The video call to instructed you how to do the moulds correctly was great and the quality and fitting of the aligners was so much better then our previous company. I would definitely recommend!!
Initially the customer service staff were very helpful however after I was unable to get suitable impressions at home was required to get 3D scans. Living in regional NSW this proved challenging and an additional cost. Then found out I am pregnant and the scan is not recommended so requested a refund. Has been an ongoing issue multiple emails back and forth refusing to process a refund. I would avoid this company!!!
