Aug 24,2021I waited to do this review as I wanted to get an idea about the treatment results to form a proper opinion, as the first impression was unfortunately not good. It took more than a month from the payment of my invoice (3Nov20) to the receipt of the treatment preview link (10Dec20) with quite a few hiccups along the way with transport, response delays etc. Then, upon requesting confirmation that the aligners were the night-time type that I ordered, I discovered they they were not. The order was obviously escalated as urgent after that, as I received the new treatment preview within 24hours of my lodging a complaint. Then a few more weeks' waiting time and the aligners arrived on 11Jan21. I have been wearing them for 7.5 months now, with a changeover every 2 weeks. And yes, I can now see the results! It seems to be working and my teeth are slowly shifting into place. The aligners are not painful to wear and the process is quite smooth once you get started. I send photos of my teeth with the aligners on every time I move to the next set, and so far have always received the same reply back i.e. everything is going well! I am not entirely sure whether they ever say anything different or whether any modification to the treatment plan would only come after the customer raises the alarm about a problem. Anyway, for me, it's been easy going. Conclusion: not as fast a process as some of the competition (more than 1 year from start to finish), but also not as pricy. So I am overall satisfied with my SmilePath experience and would recommend them.

Well, speaking for a week actually, to ensure my decision into Aligners was a smart choice and for once I can honestly say I felt in VERY trusted hands. Not only did he assure me my purchases was guaranteed with refunds if im an uneligable candidate but he also applied everything he could to give me the best damn price. And that definatly was the selling point for me. Now to begin my journey. Fingers crossed it goes well! I will re-write another review towards the end of my treatment to let everyone know how the process goes. Thank you once again for your help John. Nik.

May 08,2021Really happy with the price and quality of the treatment. Customer service was great as well. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the time taken between when I paid and when I actually received my aligners (Paid late December and received aligners late April). Taking the impression was difficult - on my first set the clay hardened before I could bite down, I requested a video chat with the service rep and that worked a bit better for me as they guided me through the process. My jawline was also wider than the norm so they had to send out new moulds to me. This all added to the time, which in retrospect would have been saved if I went to a place that did the teeth scan in office. Could not fault pricing though, almost 80% cheaper than the quote I got elsewhere. The aligners themselves are transparent. You have a bit of a lisp when start wearing them but that goes away. I am doing the night aligners so thats super easy for me as I dont have to talk to anyone or eat when I have them on. Best choice ever.

Mar 30,2021Great Service. Impressions were a bit harder to do than expected so had to do them twice. Staff was very helpful to get the right impressions, however, it does take quite a bit of time to get everything up and running. After my impressions were good enough, I was told I was not going to be able to have my bottom teeth straighten on my assessment. This was a bit of a disappointment as I wish I would have been told earlier since they have photos of my teeth etc. I was glad to get a a portion refunded as I will only get half the treatment. Aligners are quite comfortable and easy to use. I haven't experience much discomfort or paint except for the first day after I change the aligners. I can see the improvement of my smile and it's only been 6 weeks. I would still recommend this company for aligners as a cost effective option.

Mar 09,2021I have had a great experience with Smile Path to date. I have had regular contact and they always respond in a timely manner. There is no flash marketing or packaging and as a result I found that it was much more affordable than other companies that offer the exact same service. The aligners are so easy to wear and you can barely see them.I haven't had any discomfort and the carry case is super handy. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Looking forward to seeing my smile at the end of the treatment.

After a lot of research, I found smile path. I decided to give it a go! It is most definitely the best decision I have ever made!
