The staff are very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. The eye - level cooker we bought was in stock but, as we wanted to be sure it would fit the space, staff member suggested he could arrange for a fitter to come out next day to measure up free of charge. Everything was fine so we ordered & paid for oven and it was fitted the next day. Excellent service and would highly recommend Smiths.

We bought our Samsung TV less than a month ago. It appears to be faulty TV. Smith term and condition says that if TV develops a fault occurs within 30 days of delivery, you have an option to repair, exchange or refund. We contacted Smith TV straight away and ask to organise a collection of this TV from our address and full refund, as we lost trust in this brand. They said that without Samsung confirming that TV is faulty - they can't do that (which is not as per their terms). I contacted Samsung, we did all possible troubleshooting and said that the only option is to repair. So, they gave me a case reference. I emailed back to Smith TV, nobody coming back to me, nobody answers a phone, nobody replying to my messages on online chat. How is that possible? Lack of support at all. You will need to take some responsibility!!! Do not use!!!! It is easy to sell products, but it is not easy to keep your customers happy! Especially before Xmas season!!!!! I'm very very upset!

Ordered an item on Black Friday. Received an email after the sales had ended on Tue 3rd Dec saying it was out of stock. When I asked if it would be restocked by Christmas my order was cancelled and I'm now waiting for a refund. Poor experience all-round.
