Robbie, who installed the machine, came to our house a few days before it was delivered to check it was suitable for the awkward space in pur kitchen. This was done without charge.

The online chat support was outstanding—agents responded within seconds, provided detailed information, and were extremely helpful throughout the process. The TV was delivered safely and on time, even though it had to travel all the way to the other end of England from their store. Their professionalism and efficiency were truly impressive. Smiths TV absolutely deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Dec 19,2024Got the best price for my Samsung soundbar system online and cashback on the way from Samsung too. Was a little apprehensive due to some negative reviews but I can't complain as I got it in good time (about a week and half) and after e-mailing them for updates they were transparent and replied quickly. The soundbar system is unbelievable too!

Dec 19,2024Ordered a product but cancelled two weeks later as still hasn’t been given a delivery date & needed for Christmas. Smiths should not sell products they do not have in stock, or should be clearer about this, so customers are informed.
