I have bought a few things from Smiths, but this is the first time online. I found their website easy to navigate, selection of item was made easier by isolating product and brand I wanted. Once chosen delivery request for preferred day was selected and that was that. Delivery day arrived and telephone message giving the time they would arrive with TV. Great delivery staff. All in all a great shopping experience. Would definitely recommend.

The price was very competitive and purchase process very easy. Delivery very efficient next day. Only downside the delivery company did not communicate on time or if delivery was happening!

We purchased two ovens from Smiths as one was very competitively priced and included delivery where others were charging around £50 each. We were kept informed as to when the delivery would be as it was a special order and they were delivered exactly on time. Would definitely use this company again.

Purchasing a new TV to us was quite confusing and lead to many questions. We decided we needed some guidance and went to the Smiths Shop in Burscough. We found that the information given was very good and helped us a great deal with no hard sell but all our questions answered in a clear and concise way. We left the shop and had a think about the options available and then went back to purchase a new TV. Excellent help and advice.
All the power cords were missing. No reply from them when I raised it

I bought a TV and soundbar from the Smiths TV website. The price was very good and it was easy to put the order through. There was a simple process to select the delivery day during this process. The delivery company (AITD I think) emailed a couple of times to keep me informed of the delivery process and the delivery crew called about 45 minutes before they arrived, as they said they would in their emails. Delivery was completed on the day as promised. So, how were Smiths to deal with as a company? Well, I never actually spoke to anyone there, so it's difficult to say, but everything they promised was delivered. I guess they do this every day and have refined their processes such that it just works. I'm extremely happy with my purchases and would have no problems recommending Smiths TV to anyone in the future.

Dec 08,2024Really helpful in the Smiths TV Southport store, knowledgeable and took the time to demonstrate. Then went on to buy at Smiths TV on line (whilst waiting at the Dentist!) wish I had bought in store to give the sales guy the credit!
