Nov 14,2024I was very disappointed with the Southport shop recently. I was enquiring about a built in oven and they arranged for an electrician to call to see if I needed a new fuse box but the gentleman who came wasn't sure what it needed .So Iwent back to the shop to see Peter who arranged an appointment for Rob to come round the following week.Waited in that day but Rob never arrived. So I rang Peter and he told me it hadn't been booked in! Never had a problem with Smiths before and have spent a lot of money over the years at that shop and always dealt with Craig .Can't remember the exact date but it was sometime in October,Only putting my review in now as I have been away with work,

Nov 01,2024An incredible price and excellent delivery service the only very minor quibble was that the tv delivered was silver and not black as ordered, the frame of the set is so slim it makes no difference. I haven’t installed the tv yet but expectations are high.

Most of my dealings in the shop have been with Duncan who is very knowledgeable regarding products offered. In my case it was regarding LG OLED TV's. Once I agreed to buy there were a few glitches with delivery times and availability but these were soon sorted.
