I AM A business been standing strong 43 years so decided i was gonna try to get with snap to offer my customer base financing since todays world is hard enough. I did all the steps for them to deny me. I try and call to discuss why a business of my standings would be denied. they tell me I have to make a claim and do a letter! lmao!!!! uh why would I waste my time on such mess! STOP emailing me! I will never refer anyone to your company!

Pero se debe colocar la queja ante la CFPB, haber si los sancionan nuevamente porque esto es totalmente injusto. No podan absolutamente nada aquĂ, mĂĄs adelante se van arrepentir.

Jul 16,2024The application process is very simple and fast. Once approved they pay the store directly. You also can prepay your loan within 100 days and not pay any interest on the amount financed.

Jul 16,2024Got a call from a lady who wanted to set me up with snap , made appointment and she came and set me all up. I spent money advertising that I now do snap financing . Upon my first time with a customer who wanted to finance I was not able to get into my account . I called c.s and they told me my account was now deactivated and did not know why. So I contacted the lady who set me up, it took her 3 days to respond and she told me it was deactivated because they could not accept my address . They deactivated my account without warning , no phone call no nothing . The lady that set me up physically came to my location of business and set me up. How did she not know my address could not be used !?!? I asked for reimbursement of money I spent to add snap to all my logos and advertising and they said no! I would not recommend this company to any business owner. They are unprofessional , and inconsiderate , and obviously have no idea what there job is . I know of 6 small businesses in my area that use snap ⌠they are all dropping there snap accounts and going with another company . I hope whoever reads this decides not to use snap for financing . Especially all the smaller business . Help a fellow small business owner and donât use snap.

Jul 14,2024This company is a scam and those are fake reviews! My name is Gabriel and I borrowed $1,600 from them for car audio! If I donât pay it back in 100 days I Owe $3,980! I was to pay weekly $51.00 which isnât bad however snap finance takes the money 2 times a week đ§đ¤! So now guess what Iâm clearing my account and you just gave me that car audio đ! Do not give this place your routing numbers for your bank đŚ! Thank you snap finance for the super discounted car audio! Your company is a scam

Jul 12,2024If youâre using this for any time of auto repair loan do with caution. Say your repair is $1200 theyâll charge you almost triple just from the amount of monthly payments they take from you. Never using again.

Jul 10,2024We have used SNAP for a number of years and the customers service was fairly good. Recently their customer service has gone down hill. I called customer support after a customer was denied to see if we could get him help could get some help getting him approved. They gave me incorrect information and told me repeatedly everything was taken care of after I kept telling her that the customer still did not show approved on my screen. We normally run our deals with a signed aggreement, and the rep never told me they were sending the customer a virtual card. Customer took advantage of the confusion. We never got paid for the deal, and no one at SNAP will give any assistance with the situation and have a very "I do not care" attitude. I will run all of my deals through ACIMA now. Just be very aware and do not trust what the reps tell you because they do not know what they are talking about and no one is going to back you up if they give you wrong information. I hate to see this happen to another small business owner.

Jul 10,2024DONT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!! Last week my balance was $466 my payment was $70.12 today my balance was $433 after paying said amount!! HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE OR LEGAL?? I STILL STAND BY MY FIRST REVIEW THAT THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING THE PUBLIC WITHOUT REPERCUSSIONS FOR THEIR ACTIONS. IâLL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING!!! DEFINITELY SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB AND GETTING A LAWYER INVOLVED BECAUSE THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL AND IM GOING TO FIND OUT SOON ENOUGH!!!!
