Jul 04,2024Snapfinance partners with shady company 5 Star Jewelry. I will never use them again. Snapfinance trying to blame me for not checking jewelry thoroughly, it’s applauding how the quick to shift the blame on customer, yet when they partner with shady companies like 5 Star Jewelry they don’t fully do their due diligence. Will be contacting all media and platforms about this company.

Jul 01,2024I went to get an inspection on my car and ended up needing almost $1000 in work done to get the inspection. I was in a really bad place and could not afford this and I was really stressed out. The store associate informed me about snap finance which I had never heard of before. I was weary about applying because my credit is bad. I applied anyways because the store associate was hopeful. The application process was so quick and easy. It took maybe 5 minutes to complete and I got my approval within seconds of submitting the application. Snap finance really helped me in a time of need and it is such a great and easy service.

Jul 01,2024Have allowed finance to someone who isn’t me at a different address and have been completely ignored. I have reported to action fraud sent all the evidence over and still being ignored. Yet they are ruining my credit file, and keep selling the debt on to different debt collectors even though I have shown it isn’t me. Absolute scumbags. I’m now filing in the small claims court for the damage they have done. Stay well away from these vermin

Jun 29,2024I didn’t receive one product(pillow) but paid off the purchase . I contacted snap and had to go back and forth with the agent with no refund and no product. Don’t do business with them

Jun 27,2024Great way to buy things. Bought 9 tires for my dump truck and it couldn’t be easier. Hoping to find a fleet service within 50 miles of Austin who accepts Snap for upcoming repairs once my tires are paid off in August .

Jun 23,2024Very persistent in chasing money settled in a I.V.A an still placing no payment from beginning of 2022 update yes I defaulted on payment however not once in 19 months of I.V.A still won't give a single disabled parent of two boys full-time a break to rebuild my credit,best advice don't take out high interest finance there's a reason bank didn't loan it ....
