Dec 14,2024Jai was really helpful . We had problems getting a gas cooker and getting one for Christmas , having had 2 failed deliveries with 2 other company’s. I gave sonic direct a call, they had cookers in stock, that I was able to go and collect same day. I was able to reserve one and pay on collection. ( incase I changed my mind when I saw them on display ) Was over an hr a away from us but that didn’t matter. Amazing show room. Would 100% recommend

Phoned up to place my order chap was very helpful and informative, everything he promised happened text the night before delivery giving me a three hour slot phone call the morning of delivery telling me 30 mins away, Sandeep,& Zulfi the delivery chaps very polite & friendly my washing machine is superb will be using this company in January for a new fridge freezer! 5 stars.

They notified me the evening before delivery with a four hour window and then again in the morning, plus a telephone call when they were half an hour away. The delivery itself was done really well. Their price was identical to the price charged by the other online company I normally use but who wanted £35 to make a next day delivery. Sonic offered free delivery and the item arrived by ParcelForce the following day. An excellent service.
