Dec 13,2024We've used Sonic Direct several times and they have always delivered top quality service at a good price. We recently used their delivery service for the first time, replacing an oven that broke. We ordered on the Wednesday night and the oven was with us first thing Friday morning. The delivery drivers, Mindy and Maciej were really friendly and polite and took the oven into our garage for us. Would definitely recommend using Sonic if you are considering an appliance from them.

Even when we got a call to say our original choice was damaged they asked us to choose another from a few they sent through text and delivered it the very next day. Excellent customer care

Everyone we had contact with was polite and pleasant and the delivery men Anil & Maciej were helpful and courteous. Communications for delivery were timely and accurate.
