I was about to cancel the policy on the day before it expires as I found a different one over. The lady was perfectly okay with this and simply asked me a few questions and after that I decided to stay with them. she was calm throughout, although I was willing to cancel the policy, and she explained what the current policy covers and guided me through. She took her time and an excellent service and retention program. Very happy!

Great service. Such a pity the premiums are now far too expensive for Northern Ireland. Last 2 cases, no claims however premiums doubled. Had to rebroker which I haven't the time for. Jim McCorvie. Elite Financial Services.
