Sourgum Waste' founders, NJ natives and cousins Joe and Luciano, grew up in the waste management industry. 4 generations of passed-down knowledge plus their own first-hand experience made them acutely aware that the waste & recycling category was in urgent need of modernization, simplification and sustainabilization. They built Sourgum Waste to revolutionize the antiquated, fragmented and unreliable industry.
Sourgum Waste provides customers with on-demand waste services (such as roll-off dumpsters, commercial trash pickup, portable toilet rentals and more), and provides haulers with a smart SaaS allowing them to seamlessly manage their operations. These systems are connected by a smart proprietary portal, which constantly collects data to improve the quality, efficiency and sustainability of the services.

Dec 07,2024I appreciate the work and the efficiency. However, whomever they use for driving the trucks are not big on following instructions i.e. calling before arrival. That being said the sourgum staff was willing and did work to rectify the situation and made good on their promises

Nov 14,2024My overall experience with customer service was good. HOWEVER, Sourgum came back onto my credit card and charged additional funds with out giving me the heads up of any additional amount due as a result of the dumpsters weight overage. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE

Nov 12,2024The service is great and efficient but the drivers are somewhat careless. One of them almost bumped against my fence but didn’t because he was stopped on time. The last dumpster was placed on my driveway without any wood underneath to protect the pavement causing damages to it by the person picking it up. Thank you for the service but drivers need to be conscious about it.
