Jul 12,2014I tried to purchase a device on the 10th july. I got a shipment order email the next day, but my status on my account is suspected fraud. To noticing this I contacted the customer services using the online chat, to this I was surprised, I haven't got a reply from them, they just simply don't care or don't bother telling me. This frustrates me hugely, I feel like driving all the way to head office and giving them a package of my own. Poor customer service.

Jul 12,2014... I've had the eGo-T 650 for the past 2 months now. I loved using it for the 1st month, but i have noticed that the smoke has reduced quite significantly and i end up with dry drags most of the time now. I have tried cleaning the heating head (heating element) by dry burning and following the other steps mentioned in the maintenance part of the sparks website, but i haven had much luck. Don't get me wrong, it has helped to keep me off the cigarettes for a good couple of months and i still like using it, but i am slightly disappointed with the performance after 2 months. I have ordered a new heating head and i feel that will improve my experience but for how long, that i am still to find out. This is a product that i will recommend compared to the disposal e-cig sticks or the ones that come with replaceable capsules. The battery life is good. Products have arrived on/before delivery dates, but have never been late. I am happy with the customer service, especially the online chat which i recently had with Tracey who helped me pick the right heating head for my particular model.

Jul 04,2014I paid for next day delivery but the things I ordered did not arrive the next day Had not used Sparks previously and not sure if I would use them again Hope they refund the money I spent on next day delivery but I will wait and see

Jul 03,2014easy to assemble, haven't tested yet how long the battery lasts, i wish it blew more vapour, if ever tried the disposable ones, the medium nicotine cartridge feels fairly weak positive overall but something could be better

Jun 20,2014I don't live in England but got my e cigs in time. One can pay with paypal express which is an absolute advantage. E cigs and the juice are both of excellent quality, super easy to get started with vaping. Highly recommend!

Jun 13,2014I have only made one single order and to be honest the items I purchased were of excellent quality. The postage and packing is a bit pricey for european delivery, but there again I can't complaint cause sparksecigs gave me a 15%discount off the total purchase. I have one complaint to make and that is the lack of response from customer service, when you have a concern about any issue related to the product or delivery quotes.

May 31,2014I placed the wrong postcode on my first order and the goods still arrived in good time. I called them to let them know and the young lady was most helpful in fact she couldn't help me enough. Very pleased that customer service is still alive and kicking. I have since placed another order with this company and all was delivered quickly and as described. I would and have recommended them to friends who have also placed orders and all has been delivered with no problems. Great work guys keep it up!

May 29,2014The e liquid is of very good quality - there is no aftertaste and it gives a good vale. However, one of the clearomizers I ordered was damaged, in that it would not screw on to the battery snuggly, so was unusable. But, the other clearomizers worked perfectly. I don't drive and live too far away from a post office to send it back. But otherwise service was brilliant and delivery very fast. Would recommend these products. PS - I did not contact Sparks to let them know of the unusable clearomizer - just wanted to be fair to the company as everything else has been excellent.

Can u send me out just the correct pin section please ,like the one shown in the You Tube review video.Will wait to receive before leaving a review. Many thanks. Not what u want.
