Mon nom de domaine ne fonctionne plus depuis 3 mois après des dizaines de mails et 3 mois ils me répondent que l'abonnement n'a pas été réglé je ne vais pas payer un support qui ne fonctionne pas. d'autre part je veux changer d'ébergeur OVH (France) ne donne aucune info à part un chatbot qui ne sait répondre à mes questions. et impossible par téléphone. A Fuire Aussi ! Seul Orange m'as guidé mais Speednames ne me permet pas faire passer mon nom de domaine chez orange. Il faut un code et que je valide le transfert sur sur le système de gestion associer au nom de domaine auquel je n'ai plus accès ! !! Un délire Surtout Ne pas passer par eux c'est un scandale à FUIRE !

We emailed support in November 2023 asking for some name servers to be changed for two non-UK TLDs, which we were unable to change due to a fault with the Speednames Domain Manager in their control panel. But yet here we are months later (March 2024) still trying to get these same name server changes made. Their support is non-existent, emails rarely get a response. The sooner we can move the domains elsewhere the better.
On Friday our email account was disabled in error and Speednames Tech Support Line is only open Mon-Thurs 10am-4pm, not open on the Friday. This is unacceptable as its caused a large disruption to our business and not having tech support available on a Friday, indicates Speednames is not able to support business accounts.
I've transferred all my domains away from this company, dealing with Support is like talking to a drunk toddler. Tickets get logged.... somewhere.... you cant see them on your portal. They get "escalated" to 2nd tier support who just take weeks to respond, and you have to chase, and chase. Let's be honest it's all clearly gone downhill guys. SpeedNames been acquired and its like theyve assigned a random person to keep things ticking over. They dont care about this brand anymore. Ruuuuuuuuuuuuuun everyone! Your £10 a month domain renewal is available anywhere. The only unfortunate thing is you HAVE to talk to support to update domain tags to transfer them away, so buckle up for a long journey there. Heavens forbid they let you manage this is on your own portal lol.
We have taken over a business and I was advised by Gareth to login to change the bank card and our email would be back up but the login details are invalid and I can’t access the account it is so urgent as our business can’t run as we can’t receive any emails and no one answers the phone or emails!
Excellent customer service/support from Ryan B today. Question answered in less than 30 minutes via email and that’s just what I needed. 100% customer satisfaction.
My email forwarding is failing. The sender gets a message saying "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. emailaddressdeleted: 552: 5.2.2 User's mailbox is full" Tried calling on the phone but none of the phone numbers I found work. Emailed support and got a reply with a ticket number and was asked for more information. I replied with the requested information but got a message saying that the message was not deliverable.
As reported in other reviews I have no email, i have emailed support requesting a call and heard nothing. I can't even establish if this shambles of a company are even still trading.
Like other reviewers I also had incoming emails blocked. There is a revised telephone contact number from the uk and it will get you through to their support team. 0800 1601301. They could not solve the problem which they think is down to the Apple upgrades. I did not have the same problem though with my i-phone 12 or with my windows PC all running on outlook. so now to apple!!
Have been unable to receive or send emails for 2 email addresses for 4 days now. Tried to contact Speednames via their UK number (0800 072 6110) yesterday (Sunday), which I think used to divert to USA or Canada. Recorded message saying the number is no longer in service. Thought they may not be answering because it was the weekend, but have tried again today (Monday), still the same message. Have emailed them from a different email address (which is currently working, but also had issues with over the last couple of weeks), but they have yet to reply. Cannot wait 3-5 days for a reply. Have Speednames ceased to trade?

Our company email was down since yesterday 8 am and have been writing to support team twice asking for urgent attention to resolve it. 24 hours passed and we have not hear from anyone, only that we have a ticket no. 1185859. We have urgent business dateline and also expecting very urgent emails from suppliers and customers. Could someone from Speednames pick up our email and ticket no. and work on it immediately, please. We cannot wait for 3 to 5 days due to a tender closing. Thank you very much. We just want to know that someone is already working on this problem.

Our domain was suspended when auto-renew didn't go through. I emailed Speednames Domain Services and Tracy Spencer restored our domain in less than an hour. We greatly appreciated the quick support for such an urgent matter.
My domain was deleted as registration was not auto-renewed due to expired credit card and my oversight. I emailed Domain Services of Speednames. Tracy Spencer attended to my email and she restored my domain in less than an hour. She saved my day. Efficiency was superb. Keep it up. Many thanks to Tracy for her excellent service.
We had lost all our account information as the domain was purchased 8 years ago. The first person we spoke to wasn't ver helpful but we were then transferred to a more senior person who helped us greatly in getting back into our account and updating all of our info. He was extremely responsive and did a great job!
Nom de domaine chez eux, malheureusement Depuis bientot un mois qu'il n'est plus possible d'envoyer un mail via le nom de domaine. Speednames ne bouge pas c'est honteux ! où alors brasse de l'air. Ils posent des questions mais n'entendent pas les réponses ..... Ce sont tout simplement des incapables et c'est toujours la même chose "on s'en occupe ...." Jamais la meme personne, et aucune solution ! UNE HONTE DOSSIER TOUJOURS EN COURS ....
